As it is very popular there always seems to be a que but this can go down fairly quickly. They also have brand greeting cards such as 'Me to You' and 'Purple Ronnie' and do a really nice range of handmade cards. It is huge, you walk through the doors and the tills are straight ahead of you, clothes, bottles, dummies, pushchairs, cots, and even a clarkes are located on the bottom floor and on the top floor is the toy area which my little girl loves. You can go up in a lift which is designed in the shape of a tree and plays creepy noises (my dd seems to love it tho lol). Great selection of toys all laid out by the brand eg fisherprice, vtech. They even have selcted toys out so you can demonstrate and play with them. Never had any problems with them at all and fab place to buy from.
