She is rude and will happily spend five minutes telling a customer why it is better NOT to use the store's photocopy services and have you wait and then want to charge you CHF 1.30 for taking twenty seconds showing you how to use a machine that won't print when you want to spend money here! I can understand charging more to do the copying for you, but to explain how to use machine? Surely their employees also had to be shown how to use the machines when they started working there? I'm a lawyer and spend my days and nights printing so am very familiar with using printers but sometimes I need to print on A-3 or have large print jobs that occasionally require brief assistance With this lady on duty, forget it. She is actually quite gleeful when she can be unhelpful and rude. I have spoken to several colleagues about her and they have similar experiences and try to avoid going to this branch because of her. It's a shame that this lady is put into a customer facing job as she is completely unsuited for the role. Until this branch is better managed and this lady is either removed or told to improve her attitude (I'm not sure this will work given her character) I have to recommend against patronizing this business.
