Complements first. The concierge Charlotte Phynes-Garcia was amazing. Super bubbly n full of great information. They are lucky to have her. As for the hotel. Our refrigerator and a bed light were not functioning. The refrigerator was fixed the next day but the bed light never got fixed on our stay. They did not replenish the coffee pods so no coffee the second morning. We had dinner at Point Royal. It had the Ambiance of a Denny's diner. They delivered our main course while we were still eating our salad. They did not deliver the appropriate knives for the steak or the fork for the muscles which by the way were very Sandy and gritty. And they did not deliver the sides until much later. It was difficult to find our server to ask for ground pepper for our salad.
