When I got there, the time taken to fix my issue was short and the staff also cleaned my trunk with all my mess of spare tire and tools that I was trying to put on the spare one myself. He put everything back in place and replaced me some new paper foot mat. Lastly, the price was very affordable. Their labor fee and new tire price were very competitive to all other local stores. I would give them 6 stars or above if I could.

Now I've gotta get the door rewrapped. Multiple grease spots on my door and bumper due to dirty hands. Steering wheel had oil and grease on it. Absolutely ridiculous Along with a few small requests I had given to the team member at the front. Like "can you torque my lugs down & on the passenger side my skid plate is falling off, can you please zip tie it back up" neither of these things were done. The excuse for the lug nuts was "the technician did not have a torque wrench...." And when I asked about the skid plate the front desk team member apologized and said he forgot to tell the technician. He handed me zip ties and I went down the road to grease monkey where I was kindly greeted and they zip tied my skid plate for me and didn't charge. I will be pursuing a claim with you guys and will recommend to all my family and friends to never give service to Firestone. Absolutely livid P.S I am a 6 year ASE certified technician. I worked very hard for my certifications and worked in multiple shops and have worked in the customer service side of these shops and the way I was treated at this location is unacceptable. UPDATE: This incident happened Monday July 10th. I immediately went back to the shop and had the manager write down my information and was told the district manager would reach out to me for a refund & to file a claim. I also same day submitted a claim over the phone. It is now Thursday July 13th and have heard absolutely nothing. Great to see that a big company like this is taking huge steps to get this resolved...

Lorenzo, the store manager, helped me. He was most helpful and went above and beyond. Gregg was quick to respond, assured me that they could handle anything that might come up. Sure enough, the time came where the Saab needed to go to the shop. I live 1000 miles away and only hoped that we would receive competent service without any games played. To make a long story short, from Gregg to Wanda in the office to Eli the mechanic, these folks could not have been kinder. They picked the car up, repaired it promptly and delivered the car back to my daughter's residence while she was at work. The owners refused to fix my mirror because "my car was too old." Notwithstanding the fact that there was nothing wrong with my mirror prior to going through the car wash. I have never had to replace or repair my mirror and it was working perfectly. These people refuse to take responsibility for their own actions and mistakes. Disgusting!!!
