Would give zero stars if possible. Had an accident 11/24/21 (day before Thanksgiving), sent car to…read morerepair shop on 11/29. The claims team lied to me and said they were sending an adjuster in person to look at my car and it couldn't be any earlier than 12/8. Called repair shop on 12/9 and was told that no one came, it was just an email request. My agent, Gregory Nicholas, told me it was reasonable and acceptable for it to take 10 days for an email. He also assured me he would handle it from there and that I wouldn't have to make any more phone calls. 12/16 the repair shop calls me and tells me there is additional damage and they'll need to submit another estimate. My agent says he'll sort it out. 12/22 the claims team gets the supplemental estimate. My agent tells me he'll be on vacation until January and his office manager will handle things while he's gone. 12/23 the claims team schedules an in-person adjuster to look at my car on 12/30. 12/27 rental coverage runs out on my rental car. My car is still undrivable and at the repair shop, so I call Enterprise. They tell me they can switch me to a cheaper rental and that there's a State Farm code that will let me pay their negotiated rate instead of the regular rate ($68/day for an economy car). My agent says he doesn't know about the Enterprise code and gives no assistance making sure I have a car. 12/30 an adjuster goes to the repair shop and looks at my car, but doesn't tell the mechanics whether the car is reparable or not. 1/3 I call my agent's office to find out what decision has been made about my car. I leave a message asking for a call back. Later that afternoon, I call again and get a message that the phone is disconnected. 1/4 I call the claims line and ask about the adjuster. They tell me that they went out there, but they have some more tests to run, so I should call back in 3-5 days. 1/5 I have a meeting with my agent to discuss the service. He says he's done as much as he can do and he's sorry I feel this has been unsatisfactory. He also tells me that I need to call the repair shop and give them permission to do a diagnostic. I ask why the claims line told me something different and he doesn't know. Later that night I get an email from the claims team confirming that I have to call the repair shop and what they told me over the phone on 1/4 was a lie. This is apparently "acceptable" service according to Gregory Nicholas.
