This Allstate was my first car insurance on my own since I moved out here. When I called I spoke to…read morea representative named Renee. I brought everything in she ask me to for about a week straight I got a phone call every morning from her saying that my Proof of previous insurance was not good enough and that I needed a letter. When my previous company sent one in she said that it wasn't good enough still so for awhile I didn't know if I had insurance. When I called one day to see if my insurance was active she was very snooty and said "well did you pay it?" After all the flooding my insurance spiked to $400 and I couldn't afford that. I went ahead and called to see what I had to do to cancel it and she told me,"find a new insurance company and then we will just cancel it for you nothing else will have to take place." So I did. Then when I canceled it the girl never processed it and when I called to check on everything she told me that I now have to pay for this months insurance even though I had canceled it. I've called their customer complaint line and corporate already in regards to this. The reason I'm bringing it up is because the customer service that you receive from this insurance agent is the absolute worst. The way they're handing this situation now is beyond ridiculous. I was never explained anything by Renee. When I signed up with Allstate she never informed of anything. She rushed me out of the office and I am completely disappointed with the customer service I received from such a well known insurance group.
