I purchased a 2023 trailer from a citizen who bought it new. I have owned it for 2 years, used it 2 times and it's rusting badly! total piece of crap! I called over a month ago to report this. If I could give this company ZERO stars I certainly would! They DO NOT stand behind their products! A 20-foot car hauler BROKE IN HALF after only 6 months of use. They claim to have a 1-year warranty, yet they are doing absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and are not honoring their warranty. They have not seen the trailer, so they do not even know what the true issue is. The staff that the trailer owner spoke to told him the business owner, Amanda Mance was out of the office, in a meeting, or had stepped out, would be back shortly, and would call him back. He called several times over a 3-day period and could not get in touch with her. She only called him back once he threatened to get his attorney involved. When she did call back, she was rude, dismissive, and lied stating that she had not been in the office in over a month and had no idea what was going on with his trailer. Basically, calling her staff a bunch of liars. She is unprofessional, condescending and rude and does know how to treat customers. If you want a quality trailer DO NOT buy from here. read more

The trailers are not built good at all. The trailers flex so bad that the wheel wells start to crack. The rust starts coming through the paint after 3 months. read more
