As I sit here in my new home all I can do is smile and be thankful. A few months back , I finally got fed up with beat down Eugene rental properties and landlords/property management groups. Mike Petersen rocks! After a decade in real estate and 3 years in appraisals, Mike made purchasing my home far simpler than so many lenders I've dealt with before. He was always available if I needed to write a last minute offer on a weekend and needed that pre approval letter.
