We repaired it and installed a French drain. Our other home is on a hill with a daylight basement and had issue where the rain was coming down a hill into the crawlspace above the daylight basement. So, the owner actually texted me after I left a voicemail and offered to stop by to see what we wanted to get rid of and what we wanted to donate. I expressed the importance of where I would like our things donated and the owner totally respected my request! He then asked me when would I like to have everything picked up and I gave him a day and then I asked him what his price for the pickup and donations would be. He took into account that I was donating over 10 big moving boxes and cut the price and said he'll have his brother and a small crew come by on the day I requested.
