When they say they will be on the job at x time, they are ahead of schedule. They offered the best price I could find in the area and did a wonderful job. These fine people worked from early morning until late afternoon in high high heat never taking a lunch break and totaly completed thier job with extra work done never asking questions. I thought, "okay.....based on the reviews, it's probably worth the wait". Never got the call back from them so moved on to Christian Roofing and Remodeling. Submitted a request online and had a call back the same morning with available appointments that afternoon or two afternoons later; both after 5:00pm, which I needed. I scheduled them for that day and Brent arrived on-time to take a look at our issues and give some feedback on a number of questions I had regarding our roof and future replacement. While there, he identified the source of the leaks and plugged them.....FREE of charge! Brent was exceptionally courteous, polite, and professional and went out of his way to take care of the known problems and look over the rest of our roof for any other leaks or damage. Obviously, they want my business when it comes time to replace our roof and they'll get the job on my rental property, too, when it comes time (in addition to finishing out our bonus room). The most important thing is that they WANTED my business and made the effort to get someone out same day, after hours, to assist with the immediate issue. Can't say the same for the other guys. Apparently, my job wasn't worth their time (in spite of all the 5-star reviews they have received). I also received several other tree service company suggestions. So, when I needed 3 pines removed from the backyard, I included Spiders among those I contacted regarding the project. After getting 5 estimates, I went with Spiders primarily because of: 1) their excellent references; 2) great reviews on Yelp and elsewhere; as well as 3) their reasonable pricing and comprehensive proposal (some of the other companies would not do stump grinding themselves and I find it a lot easier to deal with one company on any project). The job Spiders did was outstanding. They came in when scheduled and went right to work. Their crew was clearly very experienced and deftly handled the tricky job of carefully removing one of the pines which was only several feet from the house and had a number of large branches overhanging the roof. (One of the guys climbed up the tree then tied up and sawed off each branch, while the other was pulling it off on a rope.) Better yet, they were extremely fast and efficient, cutting up and chipping the debris just as others were taking them down piece-by-piece. The entire job took 1.5 hours from when they pulled up to when they left, which reduced the noise and disturbance time. They also did a thorough clean up and were kind enough to help me by removing some detritus from a previously felled tree. Based on my experience, if you have any tree care issues, I cannot recommend Spiders Tree Care Service more highly!

This four-man crew with all the equipment was on time and ready to get started. From start to finish, this group of professional guys who worked together like a well-oiled machine, methodically completed the task. I was not expecting the cleanup to be so meticulous. From lifting limbs to the chipper, carrying large sections to the trailer for carry off, to brooming up the entire area of the lawn and then blowing up any light debris, it was all handled with the utmost care to our yard. There had to be 20 years of pine needles around those trees, and they left if spotless. We absolutely would recommend this company for any tree needs. I will also add that we had one of those large, massive pines interlaced in a Japanese Maple that we were worried about removing without causing damage to the maple. It was removed with precision.
