Our wedding was 6/27/2026 and I waited this long to post my review because I was afraid of retaliation so I waited until I received my album and video. First and foremost, Joe, the photographer (and owner!!!) looked miserable at our wedding. Didn't crack a smile, didn't talk to or engage our guests. And everyone was talking about it. Sooooooo embarrassing!!! I could accept that IF he had done a great job. However, hired for 7 hours, only produced 784 pictures!!! I stopped counting at 100, but more than 100 of the pics are only of 2 or 3 people and they're all CLOSE UP , literally shoulders up like head shots!!! The worst part is he missed such simple key moments of our wedding day... there are NO pictures of the entire wedding party at the altar. My best friend officiated, I have ONE pic of her during the ceremony and its not even centered. NO centered pics of me coming down the aisle. AND, almost all of the pics of our ceremony were taken from above the head of our officiant...he kept hitting her in the head with the camera strap to the point that she turned around mid ceremony. EVERYONE noticed!!!! Again, soooooo embarrassing!!! And the pics of our ceremony look so warped as they are all taken from above!! NONE FROM THE FRONT??? NO PICS OF THE GIRLS AT THE ALTAR. NO PICS OF MY STEPCHILDREN STANDING UP FOR THEIR FATHER!!! How do you miss that ??? NO pics were taken after the ceremony with the entire wedding party or both of our small families. My husband's kids stood up for us and we have NO pics, not even ONE pic, of them both at the altar with us!!! We have NO full length pics of the wedding party pics and family pics. NONE! NO pics of me at the altar with my train spread out behind me. For our first dance, he took all of the pics from BEHIND us!!!!! Who the hell wants pictures of their BACKS during the first dance??? And we had 2 dips during our choreographed dance, he MISSED BOTH! We did a whole singalong on the dance floor with blow up microphones and there are NO pictures of us dancing and singing...NONE!!! We had a packed dance floor and on the video, you can see the photographer standing against the wall with his camera hanging down. NO EFFORT to capture the fun and the essence of our day. I literally had to take still shots from the video to put together my own photo album. When I went to pick up my album, I was calm and expressed how unhappy I was that he seemed to miss all of the memorable moments of our wedding. Instead of listening to my complaints, his response was "OK! GET OUT! I DONT HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS!" That's how you respond to an unhappy customer????? If I could have him shut down I would. I don't know how he promotes himself as a wedding photographer. I don't believe the pics on their web site or in their studio are theirs. There is just no way it's the same photographer. I gave ONE STAR because it wouldn't let me post this review with 0 stars

So let me start by a few strong points of him, as well as my honest review. -Professionalism: Danny has been doing this a while, and I felt that everything he does, he wants quality, perfection, and I can really tell he took pride in his works. Danny constantly asked about my vision of the wedding, how I wanted it to be, gave advices about the settings, planned ahead and walked me through. He has been to so many weddings and he gave me his honest observations such as when it comes to family photos it wasn't a chaos trying to find everyone; and he would spend some hours prior to the wedding at the venue trying to figure out which spots are great for photos. -Communication: I started reaching out to him about a year before the wedding, and Danny was very responsive, I get the answers right away within the day. -Quality: Danny always tries to capture the best moments, there were a few times I saw he was just sitting down to get a drink for a few seconds and he was on his feet again. The photos came out better than I expected. -Danny brings a very energetic vibe to the party. He wasn't just some guy you hire just to show up, snaps a few hundreds photos and then meh whatever. The day before my wedding, he said he wanted to take some photos at Valley of Fire, which is an hour away, I asked him if he was sure since it was super hot especially in suits and wedding gowns, and it was kinda far! He went "This is your wedding, I want you to have a great memory. Don't worry". I mean, this guy flew from East Coast to Las Vegas, arrived a few days early to look for places for my pre-wedding photos. He drove to Valley of Fire the day before and said this was it. I don't know if I ever met any photographer with that kind of energy. Ok this part is about my honest/suggestions for people who haven't met Danny yet. Since he wants perfection, quality and best photos: he often will direct you and your guests so that he can capture everything. To us, we were totally for it, I'm not a professional in photography or know anything about it. And there's someone who already planned and did everything? No need to look at any other photographers out there, if youre on long island, this is your best bet. Reasonable prices. Our wedding was 11/11/18, post wedding, completely unsolicited review. The 4 Best points of the day: 1) Trisha and her second shooter Connie, were absolutely flexible, professional and unphased by some morning delays. Plans changed on the fly, and they were SO reassuring and helpful. They worked extremely hard to de-stress all of us, and ended up getting a ton of great pictures. The rest of the event went well after some morning issues regarding make-up and bridal hair prep not being done on time. 2) When we were on the dance floor they werent in the way. Just present (having a fun time) not intrusively in the way like you've seen some photographers/videographers. They were just this fun energy, sometimes dancing, laughing, joking... they looked like they were having a good time shooting and enjoying the wedding! At the end of the night, we couldnt think of any time where they intruded on the moment. Just took in everything through their cameras. It was really remarkable. 3) Preliminary photos we saw were outrageously good. We got a bunch of teasers back, and they made us look great! 4) Energy was positive and fun. Never pushy, very kind and directive in the way they wanted you to pose to get your best angles. Constantly adjusting clothing and making sure everything in the shot was perfect. They met with us about a week after I had reached out to them, and communicated with us to get all the info before our big day (which was only a few weeks away at that point!). The day of the wedding, they went to my now husband's place first to capture him getting ready and were infinitely patient when he was very late in coming back home from picking up his best man! They then came to my place to capture me getting ready with my ladies, then rushed to the church to set up their cameras for the ceremony.
