I ordered laminated funeral cards, laminated my cards looked eh okay they were a bit blurred however my actual photos are cripst and clean. The lamination is the real issue, these are not "true lamination" where you have a border of plastic around the entire edge of a card. Laminated cards can get wet, be cleaned and last forever these just are a glossy paper the edges are true raw paper if these get wet it's all over. I just lost my dad and wanted to be able to send out something beautiful I was able to create in his honor. I feel duped now thos ,morning I'm waiting on a package from Amazon so I can actually laminate the cards myself because these look cheesey and flimsy and won't stand the test of time. This is my only second time ever having to purchase funeral cards the first time with a difference company and those were outstanding. These from Deciple Press are not in a time of grief nobody wants to deal with shoddy products or customer service hassels this is the last thing I will ever be buying for my dad and I expected good quality. I was shopping around for funeral pamphlets. Disciple Press not only had the biggest variety but was also substantially cheaper than some of the other companies. Several hours after I approved the final draft, I realized that I had made an error in the obituary section. I quickly contacted them to see if they could make the changes. Instead of lying and saying it was already printing etc., they said they still had time to correct it. I was able to make the necessary changes. The pamphlets arrived in a timely manner. I ordered 100 cards and uploaded my own images for prayer cards I received what was the most blurry, low quality cards imaginable. I contacted through chat immediately saying how disappointed I was in what I received I was told " it's what you uploaded and we sent to print" the whole conversation was rude and basically blamed me. I chose this company because this IS WHAT THEY DO. No email saying it's poor quality how about fixing it. Nothing. They did, in the end replace the cards after back and forth, after offering 50%discount which I refused to pay. The final cards were fine but how do you blame a person after losing a loved one on the whole situation?' Aaron.... Your company needs some work. Will never use again. read more

We used Disciplepress to create a program for my nephew who was killed tragically in a car accident. We dealt with Lindsey H. She was quick with turn around and the work was excellent. Even after we had approved the program, we realized yet again we had forgotten to add something. We called, Lindsey answered the phone and made the correction and resent the program back to us. While we did not use DP to print the job, everything else they did, even their phone response time was excellent. They most certainly made our difficult time a little easier. The local printing company we used said they did a better job then even the person he would have referred us to. I hope I never need this service again, but if I do, they will be my choice. read more

I had two primary issues with this company. Firstly, I designed a program for PDF download, but I made sure I checked their preview option (since sometimes things can be skewed left/right/up/down). Everything looked good, so I went forward with the purchase. Lo and behold, text on one page was skewed off to the right. I contacted customer service, who did send me a corrected file, so that issue was resolved. The second issue was the more troubling. After selecting the download option, I got an email that was basically enticing me to go with their printing services rather than my own. Of course, since the program downloaded incorrectly, my response was to ask what kind of quality control they offered. If I had never selected the download option at all, I would never know about the text skewing off to the side, since it didn't appear that way on their website or on their download preview. So if no one there is checking the product, just printing it out, I would've received a program with errors, and according to their site, they don't offer any refunds. Problematic! The biggest issue was that they never responded to my email about quality control. I'm would've been fine assuming that the download issue was an unusual event, and it was easily corrected. But after that, refusing to respond to a simple email question? I think it's pretty fair question to ask if they check what they've printed out matches the online content (since that's what you are buying). After not responding to the first email, I sent a second one on the off chance that they were just busy or missed the email. Nothing. Overall, I would advise using another site. If anything, it's because if you have an issue or need help, you need to know that you can contact the people you are purchasing from without being ignored. read more

This Spring I needed memorial cards and a memorial poster for my grandfather's funeral. For the cards, I wanted to do a custom design that I did myself, and for the poster I used one of their templates. They did have plenty of images to choose from. However, I used a high quality image from Adobe Stock Images for both, plus a quality photo of my grandfather. On the back of the card I put 1 Corinthians 15:51-58. I ordered the cards with plenty of time to spare and they came even a day earlier than expected. Later, I ordered the poster when other plans fell through. I chose the wrong shipping option and they actually called me to confirm the dates and noted that in order to get here on time, I would need to adjust my shipping. I did and it made it on time. Both items came out beautiful. Their online interface was easy to use. Lots of options to personalize it. I appreciated their quick and helpful work. The whole family enjoyed them.
