You never know if they'll forget your garbage or not. They also raise the bill once every two years. Just raised mine again by almost $10. Started out with bill of almost $60 in 2021. Now it is $84. No other curbside trash business to switch. So they can raise their prices without fear of losing costumers. read more

The other reviews are definitely NOT what I have experienced. Had these people a few years. I have been late getting bags out, and when I called, they answered and came back. They are definitely not lazy. They have given me extra days with dumpsters. If they didnt answer when I called, they always called back. I think these other people are the type that would complain about something no matter what. read more

Inconsistent, will intentionally skip your house, makes a mess, and does not keep u in the loop or if you owe or how much or even if they just decide to stop service then they won't even do so much as a letter. Aswell I've even seen them picking through the our garbage, kinda werid. If you care about good quality service just keep looking. read more

WORST GARBAGE COMPANY EVER. I DONT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. THE DRIVER IS THE MOST LAZY PERSON EVER. You can't call the company cause they never answer or the lady is "gone for the day" at 2pm. And you leave voicemails and they NEVER return your calls. The whole company is lazy. We pay to them weekly and they NEVER pick up our garbage. I just watched the guy pick up my NEIGHBORS garbage and he looked at my house, stopped at the stop sign and just drove away. Never bothered to pick up my garbage. Just drove off. And when they decide to pick up my garbage, which sometimes is never but sometimes once a month instead of once a week like we pay for, the guy is to busy vaping and playing on his phone so he takes forever. By the way did I mention, he parks his truck on our property and sits there for an hour for a "lunch break"? And also did I mention, if they spill garbage all over your property from the crusher, they don't pick it up, they just leave it there. I can't tell you how many times I've dealt with these issues. I'm done with them when we buy our new home and move out. I'm switching to Jewells. My suggestion, choose a different company. Don't go to these guys. read more
