However, this time only a 30-day supply was filled through insurance, and no option was offered for the remaining amount. When my husband picked it up, no alternatives were explained or offered. When I called to ask why the doctor's 90-day order was not followed, I was repeatedly placed on hold and no one introduced themselves when speaking with me. The pharmacist repeatedly explained the "default insurance process" multiple times, even after I asked why the prescription was not filled as written. This did not address my concern. My history clearly shows I always receive a 90-day supply and pay using GoodRx. The pharmacist, who again did not introduce herself, was extremely rude, seemed rushed, and was dismissive throughout the conversation. There was no attempt to offer solutions or correct the issue, such as reversing the claim or allowing payment for the remaining supply. I also felt powerless in the situation, as no options were offered and I was not given any clear way to resolve the problem. Ultimately, the prescription was not followed as written, which is disrupting my care. There is a reason I have consistently been maintained on a 90-day supply, and that continuity was not respected. Overall, there was poor communication, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the issue.

People just kept coming. Next time I make a appointment or come to pharmacy I will not be going at 2pm. I will make it later in the day so it will not be so busy! However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. That is one thing I hate is waiting for appointments. Doctors never want us late to a appointment but somehow it always seems the customer has to wait on them! However the wait could have been much worse.

I love grocery stores in general so I had fun looking at all the stuff we don't have in Michigan. Plus they have a big cheese counter and a BAR! I've never seen a Kroger with a bar, so that was funny to me. The prices were cheap but it was a Sunday morning so they were not open. I saw they had a sign about trivia and my brother said that people love to hang out there because it's so cheap. We ended up getting a platter of sushi that was in a flag-shaped container for Memorial Day, it was so funny to me and the sushi was actually very good for grocery store sushi.

It's comparable to the East Dorthy location but the building seems a little bigger and they seem to have more items. I've picked up a few prescriptions and the process was uncomplicated and easy. This location is on the corner of Far Hills Avenue and E. Whipp road. Getting in there is pretty easy, but getting out can get busy at times. It's across the road from the UDF on Far Hills Avenue. So far, I would recommend. The location is convenient to me, picking up prescriptions seems pretty easy, and employees are generally friendly.

Do NOT transfer your prescriptions here. They have messed up on my medications 4 different times…read moreover these past 6 months. They can't get my specific type of medication until they have my prescription. Once they get my script they're supposed to order in my particular medication. However 4 times out of 6 they have not gotten this correct. Simultaneously they wait a day or 2 BEFORE ordering it then it doesn't get here until I am out of medication. It is difficult to live without this type of medication as well. So there are many issues I am having with THIS Pharmacy specifically. Additionally I have to drive 40 minutes just to get here & for it to be incorrect. Ridiculous. If I did not have to use CVS I surely would never come back to CVS ever again.
