I had been patronizing this place since it opened. Last week I bought a broken vape battery from them (light came on but no heat). The manager was very rude just repeating that "there's nothing we can do," and "it's store policy." I asked to see the owner who I had a good relationship with and she refused saying he was too busy. So, apparently it's their policy to rip off their customers by selling them faulty/broken products and then refusing to exchange them or make it right. I will never be back, and I used to be a regular costumer. They've lost $1000s of dollars of revenue because they refused to exchange a $15 vape battery. Do better. read more

Don't waste your time here. Everything is significantly more expensive than any other smoke shop I have gone to. The building looks like it is about to fall apart and they don't have a real parking lot. Worst smoke shop I have ever gone to especially with their pricing. Went back about an hour after I got a vape because the vape was only hitting half the time or less. They wouldn't give me a replacement or reimburse me at all. I only went here because everything else is closed. If you want to be sold a broken product at a premium price and not be able to return, do your business here. read more

I went there for vape juice and notice when I got home they sold me expired vape juice and taste absolutely horrible and not the same as it supposed to be I think they changed the juice or something read more

Should have listened to the other reviews but wanted to give them a chance. Paid $35 more than retail on a vape pen and was told the manufacturer doesn't carry a warranty, although their website says otherwise. Got it home and surprise surprise the coil was burnt out already. Buyer beware this place is an overpriced scam. You have been warned! read more

I have been going to a vape shop in Lewiston Maine on Lisbon street for a while now and I was walking by a vape shop on sabbatus street in Lewiston on my way home from work and to my surprise the selection of mods and flavors blew me away its a vape and smoke shop and they have like 4 times the selection than the shop I've been going to that's only meant for vaping alone I couldn't believe it ! The man working there is extremely rude and doesn't understand what products the store has. I called ahead and asked if they had something specific. When I drove fifty minutes out because I was told they had the product (they didnt) I wanted and finally got there I was faced with incredibly rude customer service because of their misunderstanding. I expressed I was upset with the situation and the response was to yell me out of the store. I am So very disappointed in my waste of time gas and energy. Even more so with the man working. Honestly that behavior is grounds for being fired and I thought that this should be on record. read more

So this place is basically a gas station turned smoke shop/head shop that now has a vape section. Now I will say they do have one of the largest juice selections in town, but that comes with a price, as does everything they sell. High markups and employees with little to no vaping knowledge. About all they can do is recommend an over priced starter kit. Anything else is over their head. read more
