They are very honest and their prices are always reasonable. They never try to upsell which is honestly (for me), THE thing most people get so stressed about when visiting a repair/service center. The service team leaves our vehicle exactly as they found it with no worries about grease or dirt (other than ours, haha). We truly appreciate them and any time someone says they need tires or work done, we tell them to try this Tyler's location. Word of mouth recommendations beats out paid for advertising every time! Anyone who complains about them having the vehicle for more than a day, sometimes 2 - apparently watches too much Harry Potter! These guys are truly awesome, but they're not magicians. I would much rather someone take their time with my repair/install than to rush it because someone in the lobby is raging about them having their car for 3 hours and it not being done yet... just saying. I had to be at work. i couldn't just replace the battery or jump start the car because the battery was swollen and looked like it would explode (!). The lady who helped me over the phone when I called Wayne's was great. She told me how much it would be and had someone at my house in an hour and a half. I took my Jeep here without an appointment to have them look at my blower connector. They no longer…read moremake the connector, but the service tech said he could get the part from the junk yard. Unfortunately, I need to replace the blower motor, resistor, and the connector. They offered the cheapest fix so far. The Jeep dealership wanted to charge me for a whole new wire harness because they don't make the connector anymore. Getting the used part will save me a lot of money. The employees are nice and seem trustworthy. I'll be taking my Jeep back to Tyler for the repairs.

Finally went up front and saw my car sitting in front of the store. I asked how long it had been ready and no one would answer. Then told alignment never done as the machine didn't work. When I expressed disbelief that an oil change took nearly 3 hours they offered a $30 discount. That's when I found out my oil change was $130! Knocked down to $100! My fault for not asking price before. Have come here in the past but won't come here again. I've never waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change so that's it for me. And it's too bad because I've been using them for years and they used to be so well run and reasonably priced.

One of the "brothers" was intoxicated? and should not have been operating heavy machinery. There was one point were i thought the altercation was going to get physical...im a 115 lb woman, and did not feel safe in that atmosphere. When he finally brought my car around, after a lot of shouting and cursing, he had been petty and messed up my car clock. I had an overall awful experience, didn't get my money back, and had to take my car somewhere else, which cost about the same to fix it. If you can help it, don't go here, awful, sexist atmosphere!!
