There was also a crack in the body where you put the tobacco that the worker pointed out that we did not see. So they sold a messed up machine. He was rude blaming us for it and would not listen. He said if we would have been there yesterday he could have refunded us. Well... You told us today. He was incredibly rude and refused to make things right in any way. So it rolled a $20 cigarette which the cherry would drop off of and burn my bed sheets. Thank you tobacco station USA for wasted time, money, gas, and damages.

So I asked her for a refund and the difference in the price on the shelf and in the computer because they were advertised and she told me no I said refund me the money for the carton of cigarettes then she said absolutely not. At this point I held my Texan attitude told her I would not be shopping here anymore I explained to her the law says you have to sell as priced or not sell at all. She's obviously not from Texas but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I did say it's not right, you should refund my money but that's the way it goes and out the door I went moral of the story watch what you buy and check the ring up price.
