When I was stranded around 830pm alone, I called Intoxalock first and they stated the error on the screen was from the installer error with wiring and not them. It stated "Transmission failure". I had to get a ride home myself after the ride owner decided to play game on Intoxalock. DO NOT recommend OR go to them!!

My biggest issue wasn't the price it was the lack of communication and the unexpected delays after I had already paid. If I had been told upfront that my tow would be delayed by another customer's job, I could have made an informed decision. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company.

Let me start by saying that this is likely the worst tow companies in the country. When my motorcycle was stolen, it was recovered by San Francisco's finest (thanks again!). When it was brought to the impound. It was a different vehicle than I remembered. Nearly every part on the bike was damaged in some way or another. Paint scratched, chain completely rusted, frame scratched, fender crushed, mirror scratched and cracked, somehow something punched through the fairing, and the bicycle lock that the thief had been using to prevent further theft was left on there too. (Guess this guy didn't trust people not to steal "his" bike!) It almost looked like the poor thing had been dragged through a gravel parking lot, considering how dusty and scratched up it was. The bicycle lock and punching out the ignition were the only damage that were done by the thief. I know this because my insurance company gave me pictures of the bike when it first arrived at the impound. And it looked exactly like I remembered, minus the ignition column and plus a cheap bike lock. All of the other "accents" and "decorations", by which I mean atrocious damage to literally every part of the bike, were done by All Counties Towing. When I tried to get them to replace the parts, they claimed the damage wasn't done by them. Then I scheduled to have the bike dropped off at my parents' house. They told me they'd call me an hour before they would be arriving at the house. That way, I could meet them there and inspect the bike. The call mysteriously never came. Oh, and when they dropped the bike off, they had ONE guy trying to wheel a bike that COULDN'T roll, due to the bike lock they left on, to my parents' garage. When my mother offered to help, he gladly accepted and she fell and broke her hand in the process. Not only did they cause massive damage to my motorcycle, they caused damage to MY MOTHER as well! And when I called them up about this, the woman I talked to told me the manager would be on the line within the next 5 minutes. Then they left me on hold for 15 minutes at a time, several times, didn't call me back. So I'd hang up and call back immediately over and over until I actually got the manager on the line. They still claimed the damage wasn't their fault, and refused to pay for my mother's medical bills that were a direct result of their incompetence. What kind of people do things like this? Do NOT use All Counties Tow Company. YOU, YOUR FAMILY and/or YOUR VEHICLE will likely be damaged!

I couldn't believe this type service. My tow company should have been there at 6:30 and I would have saved $250. This is too much charged $387 for 5 minute service and told us 30 min to get there.
