The salesperson was great. The service department was awesome.....until they said there was nothing else they could do about the knocking noise in my Evolution cart. They said the manufacture would not do anything more about the defect since the cart will "run". Cart has less than 500 miles, was in the shop for 2 months and still making the loud noise. I still have 1 year left on the warranty so I guess at this point it has to break down on the side of the road before they do anything. I am extremely concerned about the safety of my grandchildren when they are with me on the cart since we do not know the magnitude of the manufactures defect!! We could be driving and the backend fall off the cart!! I was advised by the person who repaired my other older golf cart not to purchase this brand due to issues just like this. I purchased a brand new golf cart from Discovery and accepted delivery on 3.11.25. The cart arrived to me as promised and in new and operating condition. However, after several days of use, the golf cart began making a very loud metal on metal noise while in high gear that would disappear above 18 mph. I tried several different scenarios only to confirm that the very loud noise only occurred in high gear from the moment you stepped on the accelerator until you reached approximately 18 mph. They don't leave voicemails when they call so you don't know they called and have to chase them down. They left my brand new $11,000 EV out in the elements for over a week before they decided to call me to let me know it was fixed. All that sitting outside caused water to fill up the LED strip on the back of the soundbar and leak rusty water staining the back. And I now have a constant squeak coming from the rear whenever I drive it. Stay away from this place. read more

We have truly enjoyed our golf cart the 3 times we've driven it in the 4 months we've owned it. Those 2 months it was being "rebuilt" by Epic really flew by (insert eye roll). Who knew a golf cart with 80 miles on it could completely shut off while driving 25 miles per hour resulting in whiplash and blocking traffic for hours? Good times! Since the owner doesn't give a rats ass about his customers maybe reviews posted online to help others deter from using this business will. Seriously though, DO NOT purchase a brand new golf cart from Discovery unless you want constant hassle and runaround and a cart that will never work correctly. We ordered a golf cart, Got the run around regarding the price as we wanted it street legal. After it got delivered the turn signals stopped working within two weeks. Called them and got nowhere. Bought the cart with the understanding that there was a warranty but being that we were outside their area they claimed they would not honor the warranty but had no issues delivering it. The driver said the batteries were lithium so virtually no maintenance that was a lie. The cart is junk and they wont do anything. Everything was loose on the cart, battery terminals, there was some sort of short and the box under the front seat was loose causing it to beep while you were driving it. Save yourself the money and the headaches. They have nicer already street legal carts at lowes for way less money. Bunch of crooks these folks are. read more

I ordered and paid for a tire in mid July. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get the tire. Four days later the call me to tell me my tire is in. I travel to the store to pick It up. After waiting 15 minutes for them to search for it, I am told "oops we made a mistake. Your tire did not come in. Sorry for the inconvenience." After not hearing from them for 5 weeks, I call them on Sep 1st to check on the status of my purchase. "We we're just getting ready to call you. Our supplier no longer makes the tire you need." I waited 6 weeks to have them tell me their supplier no longer makes my tire. When I asked them why it took 6 weeks to let me know, their response - "we're sorry, but that's just the way it is." If you decide to buy a cart from this dealer, keep in mind they may not be able to provide you the parts you need after you purchase your cart. read more

My brand new golf cart was delivered but obviously never road tested. The many squeaks and rattles were enough to make you go crazy. After a month of this(they told me to tighten up everything, but it did not help), they agreed to pick it up and yes, they got rid of most of the squeaks with a hydraulic wrench. Three days later they called me on a Friday that they were on their way to deliver it. I told them when they took it that they could deliver any day BUT Friday as I would be out of town. So they kept it on the truck from Friday to Monday. The driver told me the cart basically was on the truck while they delivered others, for hundreds of miles. The cart was filthy, stained and covered with dust when they arrived late Monday. I called and got very little sympathy from the operations manager, taking no accountability on their end, even sent him pictures. He told me what to buy as a cleaner, at my own expense. I spent three hours cleaning it to get it to look OK again. I am not a happy customer to say the least. read more

I purchased rain curtains from this company. I was told 3 weeks for delivery and they would install the curtains in my driveway. I told them I need it completed within 4 weeks and was assured it was no problem. After over 3 weeks I called and surprise, surprise the curtains had just arrived (HA! HA!). Then I was told that the cart had to be taken to Clearwater for the installation. I told them they had missed the date it needed to be completed and Jackie did apologize and said they would hold the cart until I could take delivery. They call me the day before the delivery and tell me that I need to pay an additional $16+ dollars because they had to take the cart to Clearwater. Then the delivery guy shows up and tells me I owe over $700 even though the slip clearly showed on the $16 additional fee. This place in Hudson is clueless as to their companies policies. I truly believe that the delivery guy was trying to scam me out of money. I will never, ever deal wtih these guys again and with so many companies that are responsible I will go somewhere else. read more
