James responded to my post and he was very efficient, professional, and easy to work with! We didn't meet in-person, but he called me while I was at work and we agreed to a price via text. Soo easy! He also took pics of the site, to make sure what I wanted to toss/keep, and pics after the fact. And what a relief!
