Panic mode set in! Then comes Mike and Mike Roofing into the picture, not only was Mike the only roofer (and let me tell you the other companies were significantly younger) to actually go into the attic and out onto the roof, but he was able to quickly identify the issue, which was minor, made sure we knew that for the leak we had that there was no need to open up walls, a fan for a couple of days would suffice. He never exaggerated on what was going on or try to swindle us for more work than necessary. He even wouldn't charge us until a few weeks after he fixed the roof to make sure that everything was perfect (we had some upcoming storms) and fixed accordingly. He didn't charge us an exuberant amount of money for his service, he was professional the entire time, eased any worries we might have had and he has the experience and knowledge to back it all! We are so grateful! I even recommended him to my neighbors who also were impressed with his service! You won't regret hiring him!
