The discovery of my blind spots and how they've affected me over the years was one of the many discoveries I made while participating in this training. Emotional intelligence training is a powerful tool to clear the path to the future you desire, because it teaches you to DESIGN it based on YOU rather than on some formula. I also love the fact that this company is genuinely concerned with the PEOPLE it trains rather than merely looking at it's participants as merely just another number. The sense of love and connectedness I felt in this group has been unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. There is genuine trust and camaraderie and a safe space to be vulnerable and share openly. ETA is an incredible life changing experience. His dyslexia was affecting all of his coursework because he simply couldn't get past the words to get to the content. I decided to look for a dyslexia specialist and found Kim Ainis. Her program absolutely put him on the right path; he's now in 7th grade and reads at grade level. Her program is intensive and requires dedication; it's an ongoing process. But the time my son and I have put into the program practices was worth every minute, resulting in his new confidence in the classroom and outside of it.

I compared over 10 daycares thoroughly prior to sending him here and I'm very happy with my decision. I love that my little one does a variety of creative and fun activities daily with Montessori philosophy as a foundation. I feel sincere care and love from the teachers and staff here, and I appreciate the teachers taking the time to do a parent-teacher conference to share detailed feedback on the child. It helps parents understand where we can better support him to enjoy his day and grow. I also like that the school puts lots of effort into building a community. The monthly gatherings/ events for families and kids, sending out weekly newsletters, and having a FB family communication page... they go above and beyond!
