    Big bone pho
    Chris C.

More of an instagrammable meal than taste. I ordered their infamous big bone pho. The portion is massive and enough to feed 3 people. It's messy and a lot of work to strip the meat off the bone. Broth was ok. Nothing special. Was overall good and good value.

Have always loved District One! It had been awhile since I've came back so their menu has gotten a lot smaller. It seems like their menu focused on their more delicious items. My boyfriend and i ordered several dishes. One thing i can agree is that their quality is still phenomenal and has not changed. Everything is still amazing and delicious! Beef Carpaccio; 100/10! The flavor and freshness was delicious plus a hint of truffle, the perfect touch. Highly recommend! Garlic Serrano Chicken Wings; 10/10 the garlic, green onions, and the peppers with the chicken. It was nicely crisp and the chicken was moist! I'm sure we all love moist chicken! Garlic Noodles with added Chicken; 10/10 This dish surprised my boyfriend and i. The flavor was all there and it had some sort of smoky/wok flavor. Very enjoyable! Oxtail Loco Moco with Pho Gravy & Egg; 9/10 This dish is extremely heavy! Definitely can be shareable. It came with a fried egg, beef patty, oxtail, and some pho gravy. Every bite was really enjoyable. The beef patty was a little bit overcooked for me , it was a little bit rough to break apart. Other than that, the flavor and especially the portion is there! Completely satisfied with this times visit! We're so excited for our next time experience with District One! Highly recommend these dishes above.

We came to District One around 8 PM with a party of seven and were seated right away. We've been here before and like that it offers good food and flexible seating for groups. Our server was friendly and helpful. He offered to split the checks for different groups in our party, which we appreciated. My friend and I shared the garlic noodles with shrimp and the oxtail fried rice. The noodles were flavorful and smelled great. The oxtail fried rice was also really good, and the portions were generous. Some friends ordered cocktails and liked the drink options. Overall, solid food, good service, and a nice spot for a group dinner.

This place is really good! We came on Friday and arrived a little before 5pm. To our surprise, the place was closed. They recently implemented new hours and close between 3-5pm lunch and dinner. We waited about 10 minutes and the restaurant opened right at 5. We were seated right away amongst a few other parties. The restaurant decor reminded me of a seafood broil type place, with a full bar and booth seating along the walls. It was happy hour which runs from 3-6 on weekdays. I think this needs to be adjusted to their new hours since they are closed for most of that time frame. At first, I was reluctant after peeking at their small menu selection with multiple items crossed out. The server mentioned that they often change and replace items. Anyway, we ended up ordering the beef carpaccio, chicken wings in garlic Serrano sauce, crispy egg rolls, and bon bu hue noodle soup. Everything came out really fast and every dish was packed with so much flavor. The beef carpaccio was for sure the star of the show. We definitely did not leave disappointed. Overall really enjoyed this place. Tasty food, great ambiance, and friendly and attentive servers.

Amidst the bustling food scene here in Las Vegas this is the ultimate pho experience. District One Kitchen and Bar is Pho heaven to me. I have never seen so many choices of Pho that you are able to choose from. Some of the examples are Oxtail pho, Lobster pho, surf and turf pho, and the list goes on. The ambiance gives modern casual sports bar, and seems quiet popular on the weekends. I would classify this place as a excellent off-strip gem to get some delicious comfort food. Despite being busy the staff are very vigilant and seat clean up and seat new people very fast. I waited maybe 15 mins. Everyone was so friendly, and the cuisine was top tier. I definitely recommend.

Pho Tai Ribeye (on the side). The broth is very hot and will cook it fast.

Food: limited menu recently few appetizer dishes; normal selections of Pho Service: attentive staff Ambience: good atmosphere inside; parking lot can be crowded during busy dinner hours due to restaurants close by Overall; good tasting but overpriced

I stopped by here as a third option for dinner since both previous options have a long waiting time. I don't regret coming here for dinner at all. I stopped by 1 hour before they close the kitchen so I had to order everything once I sat down. I ordered: Pho Tai no cilantro Pho Ga Pho Dac Biet Crispy Eggrolls 6 Oysters on a half shell The broth is flavorful and they were generous with giving lime slices. The oysters were delicious. I thought it would have a hard time swallowing these because of its size but no issue here. Staffs are friendly and always checking in on us. The only downfall was that they definitely use old oil to fry the eggrolls. I thought they were going to be the jumbo size eggrolls I normally see at other Vietnamese restaurants but these are the small ones. I would skip it next time. They also ran out of coconut juice and coconut ice cream so I couldn't try these during my visit. What a bummer. Parking lot available. It may be difficult to find a parking spot during peak hours.

4.5 Interesting Viet spot with some cool fusion items The oxtail pho loco moco was really good. The gravy had a different flavor to it but was still really good. There have some really cool cocktails on the menu like the good morning Vietnam n the Hennessy Cafe su da. Unfortunately I was way too tired to drink. Will def hafta try it next time. Happy hour is Monday thru Friday from 3-6pm Overall pretty cool spot to check out!

I've been here twice now and I've enjoyed both my experiences! I don't have high expectations for Vietnamese food in Vegas since I'm from California but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Their Oxtail Fried Rice is probably the best fried rice I've ever had in my life- the oxtail was so tender and I really liked how the rice really soft/fluffy and packed with flavor. Even though it's on the oilier side(probably from the oxtail fat), it doesn't taste greasy at all. We also got the Big Bone Soup and the flavor for this one was decadent, I really like the pho broth that it comes with as well. Their Oxtail Pho is also good, just not my favorite as I don't really opt for pho noodles. I thought the grilled scallops were going to come with clear vermicelli noodles but it was actually with toasted nuts and green onions, which I absolutely loved! It was different than that I'm used to, so I really enjoyed this as our appetizer and would highly recommend. I love that there's also a bar here, they have a really cool drink menu with their own Vietnamese take on traditional drinks like michelada, moscow mule, mojito, and so on. Our favorite was the Fresh Coconut Mojito, which had super cute presentation by coming in a real coconut! Love that they also give you the fresh coconut juice on the side. You definitely get your money's worth here, their portions are huge and probably meant for sharing so it's a great place to eat family style. Overall, cannot wait to come back to try different items on the menu as everything I've tried here so far has not disappointed.

The wings was very good, also the oxtail pho was also something different. Soup wasn't hot enough when served. If it came out hotter this would be 5 stars easy.

    Lobster fried rice
    Erika J.

Just yum. Try it. Hubby had oxtail pho I had the lobster fried rice which I'll tell you it is definitely shareable. Like a 3 person dish.

Garlic noodles and short rib rice plate, both so good!
    Kris N.

Such an amazing experience from beginning to end. We got there just before a rush of dinner customers, but still no change in quality of service. Our server was so sweet! And the good was so yummy, with very generous portions! It was a very chill vibe not too noisy but definitely casual, will come again!

    PHO OXTAIL

This Vietnamese restaurant is a little ways away from the strip but it's definitely worth the commute. Service was also great considering we were a dozen people. We had the belly buns, spicy edamame, shaking beef pho, ribeye pho, shrimp pho, oxtail pho and who can leave this place without the ginormous Big Bone pho!!! All of the pho was delicious. Generously portions and the broth was so savory. They definitely don't skimp of the protein or veggies. It just tasted so fresh it was a delight. I personally loved the belly buns which are pork belly bao buns with this sweet sauce definitely ordering this again. The spicy edamame was good too worth a try. As for the Big Bone pho I didn't indulge but two of the tall guys in my group absolutely loved it. They thought it was so good they finished it with pleasure. All the meat was tender meaning high quality grade meat and the Big Bone isn't any different. Highly recommend the Big Bone pho challenge here when in Vegas!!!

On a very hot day, it was nice and cool, dark, and we had no reservation, but was able to sit down at the bar quickly. The decor matched exactly what we expected. It was a tiki bar. We happen to make it in between 4 and 7 PM for happy hour. Drinks were creative and delicious. Customer service was top-notch from the gentleman who checked our IDs at the door, to the hostesses as you came, to the bartenders! We tried the dole whipped drink and some of the tasty snacks. I don't remember the name of the chicken fingers sticky something or another, but they were delicious and the fries were great as well. They had jalapeños and curly fries. Everything was well seasoned and tasted wonderful. I for sure will return to this place anytime in Vegas to enjoy a little laughter, live music, and delicious treats

The atmosphere inside is simply top notch, its themed head to toe and for me personally, I always love a place that's well themed. We went in without a reservation and they managed to squeeze us into a table, we were served by a very friendly waitress who had good recommendations and was overall very attentive. The drinks were all good, and thankfully they have non-alcoholic versions for many of their drinks. No complaints on any of them, they were exactly what we were looking for. I will say the prices are a little steep, but this isn't someplace you are likely to come to on a regular basis, so I can excuse it. (And if you do like the vibe and come often, you can always get non tiki drinks cheaper.) Overall very very fun, wish we had come a little later because their was a band that was setting up and got maybe three songs in before we left, but they sounded pretty good!

We started with the WSKY poppers -- deep fried jalapeño bites topped with bourbon bacon jam and chipotle yum yum sauce. These were hands down the best jalapeño poppers we have ever had. A must try. For entrees we ordered the fish and chips and the Cajun chicken Alfredo with sausage. The fish was cooked perfectly, tender inside with a very crisp coating on the outside. The order came with three filets along with tartar sauce, coleslaw, and hush puppies. The Cajun chicken Alfredo was amazing and very flavorful. The chicken and sausage were cut into small pieces which made it easy to eat and the sauce had great Cajun flavor without being overpowering. So glad we decided to try this place while on vacation. We would definitely order from here again.

Yelp Review…read more I held my retirement celebration at WSKY Stadium on May 31. Before the event, I emailed Group Dining Manager Montserrat Soberano to let her know that we expected between 35 and 50 guests beginning around noon. I was assured that no additional staffing would be necessary and that the staff on hand would be able to handle our group. Unfortunately, that was not what happened. There was only one bartender working throughout the entire event for a group of approximately 35 to 50 people. Service was extremely slow, drink orders took a long time, and orders were frequently forgotten. Guests often had to wait extended periods just to place an order. The food service situation was even more disappointing. Several guests sat at tables waiting for someone to take their food orders, but no server ever came. When I asked what had happened to the food servers, I was told that management had sent the two food servers home because many people in our group were ordering drinks directly from the bar. As a result, many guests who wanted food became frustrated and left to eat elsewhere. This was especially disappointing because this was a retirement celebration that had been planned in advance, and management had been notified of the expected attendance. The entire reason I contacted management beforehand was to help ensure the restaurant would be properly prepared. Instead, it appeared that WSKY Stadium was significantly understaffed for a large group they knew was coming. What should have been a special day spent celebrating with friends, family, and coworkers was negatively affected by poor staffing decisions and inadequate service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe potential customers should know about our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its planning and staffing for future group events. My retirement party was a once-in-a-lifetime event, and unfortunately WSKY Stadium did not provide the level of service that such an occasion deserved.
