Trust me, it will save you in the end. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE READ EVERYTHING ON THE PAPER AND HAVE SEEN EVERYTHING! We ended up paying for a new propeller that "was broken" and which ended up not being the cause of us stranded in the water. According to one of the employees who opened up the motor and I quote "You are fine, it's nothing. It's just the pin." He then yelled across the parking lot to the owner "it's not the drive, it's the pin in the transmission. We just need a new pin." The owner's response "I still need to put a new prop on it." Again, we were told by the employee we were not at fault. The owner then removed the 3 blade prop, removed the plastic sheath, said that part was fine. He did not charge us for a new plastic sheath and then put a 4 blade prop on the motor, which we were charged for. Apparently after we left, they replaced the pin as we saw the same boat in the water a few hours later. So for the frustration and dishonesty from the owner, if you still rent from them, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU QUESTION EVERYTHING AND TAKE A PICTURE TO COVER YOUR BUTT. Do not trust and take your business else where.

I ordered 2 Shimano fishing rods 2 weeks before my fishing trip. The total price exceeded the…read more$75.00 threshold for free shipping, but FishUSA charged me $6.00 for special handling. FishUSA selected their cheapest shipper, USPS, and although their shipping map showed an average of 2 days from their location to mine, my rods bounced back and forth between the same locations in Pennsylvania and then between Greensboro, NC and Montgomery. AL several times. I emailed FishUSA about this and they responded that there was nothing they could due for at least 7 days after the package was to be delivered. I left for my fishing trip and the rods had not yet been delivered. Upon return I found a package with 3 of the 4 sides split open and packing matter protruding out of the box. Additionally, one end was crushed. Upon checking the enclosed rods I found one had a tip that bends outward and the eyelets are not straight up the shaft. I sent pictures to FishUSA but to return the damaged rod I now have to pay an additional $7.00 for a shipping label (or pay the full return shipping myself) and will probably be charged a 15% restocking fee to return the damaged rod. I definitely DO NOT recommend buying from FishUSA - at least not fishing rods.
