This place is terrible. They hurt me and left my nails clumpy/messy. When I asked for a discount other girls were there getting their nails done so they blamed it on the powder. There was nothing wrong with it. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never had such terrible treatment. I didn't even want them to fix it because I knew no matter what it wouldn't be good. My friend's nails turned out the same with the other worker. This place is also disgusting. Needs to be cleaned and should be reported honestly. All the pictures on their website is not their work either. It's a whole different background/flooring than the store itself. We went as a group on vacation to get our nails done. We called ahead to make an appointment and went around 3 pm. The place was kind of messy and they were clearly understaffed for our group size. I was the last one to get my manicure. The guy rushed through it, didn't listen to me when I said I wanted them shorter, and now, a little over a week later almost all of them have fallen off. WHAT A SHAME. Now, I'm from California, and have been living in Tennessee for less than a year. I've gotten gel or SNS/Acrylic every 2-3 weeks for the last 3 years. They were able to remove my previous set. Not by soaking off the acrylic with Acetone, as it's supposed to be done, but by sliding a plastic nail tip under the polish to rip it off of my nail. Nail glue was needed twice to repair tears from this process. The salon looked beautiful on the inside, but no sterile tools were used as my nails were done. A very visibly used file and buffer were used on my nails. Those and the nails clippers were pulled from a drawer, not opened out of sanitary packaging. I had called the day before my arrival and asked about my predicament. I was told removal of my nails would cost $5, since I would be using another service. I've asked for SNS because I had assumed I would be keeping my natural nails after the removal. I was quoted $40 for that over the phone one July 2nd. July 3rd, I entered the salon, and after the removal had ended and the new set began, I was told "Oh, nails are much cheaper in California than here, especially in this area. I will promise they will be straight and even." I didn't understand and was expecting a price breakdown eventually, although I didn't get that until it was too late. They suggested I do acrylic for the length I wear my nails at. I've gotten that many times, so I agreed to go on with acrylic. Their gel color selection is seriously lacking, there was no red that matched what I was looking for. I was suggested the red powder, but I was hesitant due to the lack of pricing explanations. As he showed me the powder before it was applied I asked: "Would that be the same price as just the clear acrylic?" He looked me in the face and answered: "Yes, same price." So I agreed to the red powder, which is honestly beautiful. After this, he put a small dip and brush across the top of my nails with the clear acrylic powder, I thought this was for that high gloss finish look. As he finished he had the girl in the salon ring me up. SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS. As I handed her my card I asked: "Can I get the break down on that price please?" She swipes it - with no breakdown given - and then says "I will go get him so he can explain." So, regardless of asking, I was charged before my question was answered. He comes back up and I asked him to give the breakdown - not just for me, but to explain to my husband why I came home doubling my nail budget. I had pulled up the website and said asked which manicure this would fall under because the most expensive listed is $60. He grabbed the sign-in sheet and begin to write down numbers: "$5 for removal, it's normally $10 but you got another set. $10 for length. $5 for shape. $45 for powder full set. and uh...um. oh $10 for acrylic." "I'm sorry, wasn't the red acrylic?" "Oh no, that's SNS, and then acrylic on top to help strengthen for length." To refresh the reader's mind I was quoted $5 for removal and $40 for a whole new set - so the new set price was already wrong. Now, the majority of nails displayed on their site are my length (if not longer) and my shape. Nowhere does it state you must pay for length or shape on their website or appointment booking platform. I felt so taken advantage of due to just mentioning I'm from California. Well, I don't make California income in Tennessee and sure in the heck was expecting to double my budget - which is why I had called ahead of time. I noticed so many things wrong, just by the time I got to the car, but couldn't bring myself to go complain due to being too upset to speak calmly or kindly. It's now 10 days later, and my polish has been coming up on my nails for 3 days now. In less than a week my $80 nails became irrelevant. Worth it? No. The most disappointing part? This is the best stiletto shape I've had since moving here. read more

This nail salon was at best the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! I asked for a dark purple color that they had on their color samples. The nail tech started doing my nails and then I looked at them and saw the color was a blackish/brownish color with sparkles, so I asked if I could change the color to something I liked. She said yes and started to apply the new color on one hand while the other was soaking off what she had already done with the wrong color. Then she went to the back and came back with who I assume is the manager/owner, who proceeded to yell at me about how it was my fault and that they aren't at fault in any way. I told him that I would pay a fee that he came up with on the spot for that alone. Then decided that they would be done and send me home with one hand off nails and the other completely undone. I had to convince them to finish my other hand and then he told me it would be $65 after quoting me $36 for the full service prior when I called the day before. I went at 8am because they give a discount due to no clients coming in during morning hours. I was the only person there btw. Anyway the point is the owner stood screaming at me for an hour straight even once they agreed to finish my nails. This place is absolutely awful in every way. They don't do nails properly (I've had dip nails for the last 7 years straight so I know the process extremely well since I also have done dip nails on my friends before) and it shows. I rarely write Yelp reviews but figured this one was warranted. I came here with my mother to get pedicures. We were tended to rather quickly which I did appreciate (reason for not giving Diva 1-star). There are three things that made this salon unacceptable. 1) cleanliness - the floor, counter tops, and surfaces were all filthy. If basic store cleanliness isn't prioritized, I'm certainly going to question the sanitation of equipment which is concerning. 2) the atmosphere - They were playing on a big screen TV this AWFUL documentary on dangerous animals, including snakes, rats, fleas, ticks, scorpions and what they have the capacity to do to humans. I've never experienced a more disturbing television show, period. And certainly not while receiving a salon treatment. 3) quality - see picture. One nail completely gone and 2 chipped after 2 days. I can make a pedicure last longer if I do it myself. Overall, very poor experience. I won't be returning. read more

Literally in tears. Last night my first time there. The design was redone about 4x this was still the final result. At that point the shop was closed. I asked if I can come in tomorrow to just get a solid color painted on. I was told it would cost me another $25 when I just paid $155. I got a pedicure which was ok. I'm mainly upset about these nails. There's no way they can remain as is. Now I have to spend more money to fix these. I'd been going here for for about a year and I loved going. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It's seems that once I became a regular the experience was not the same. When I would go, I would request certain services and the would tell me "no," telling me that what I wanted wouldn't look right (but I'm the customer, right?). I decided to stop going altogether because on THREE separate occasions I was asked to come back because they were "busy" once , and the other two times because they had groups of 3-4 there. I told the owner, "Every-time I come you tell me to come back." He laughed and said I come at bad times. I am never going here again. These people pressured me into writing them a review and giving them 5 stars when I really wanted to give them 0. Nick took my phone and opened my yelp account and started looking through my personal photos to post on the review. I had to snatch my phone out of his hands. The actual nail service is horrible. I was the only customer in there and him and another woman employee spoke to each other in a different language tje ENTIRE TIME. I don't mind my nail artist talking to other people at all, but he did not make one word of small talk to me and all the TVs were off and no music was playing so I literally had to sit there in silence the entire time. Next, he injured every single one of my cuticles with that nail buffer machine. The following week my nails looked SO BAD with scabs and swollen redness. I was EMBARRASSED. Moreover, I had to have over half of my manicure done with my arms resting on super uncomfortable color swatch rings he refused to put away when he started. They also do not sanitize their tools between each customer or clean their work stations between customers. I BLED from an injured cuticle while there and he just put his stuff back in an old, rusty Altoid container. Absolutely disgusting. I am never going back for the sake of my health and my sanity. A few of us went there the day before my wedding. We were talked into getting eyelashes done, $60 each, these were the individual ones that are suppose to last a few weeks. That night half of our lashes fell out. I had to find someone on my wedding day to fill in where they had fallen out so it wouldn't look so weird. What does last a few weeks is the glue he used to glue my eyelashes together, so I haven't been able to put mascara on for a week because it just clumps together. The gel manicure I got looked good, but my fingers were bleeding when I left from the guy clearing cuticles. The upside is that the guys are nice, but I will never go there again. read more

This entirely had to do with Diana, who gave me the best and longest foot and leg massage I've ever had! I couldn't of asked for a more relaxing experience, especially with a glass of wine in hand. My pedicure and manicure, was absolutely perfect! She was extremely nice, and let me enjoy the experience of being pampered. She also gave me a relaxing hand massage and showed me all the different designs and shapes that were offered. They also have a ten dollar offer on their facebook page at the moment, and offer a student discount. read more

Very disappointed. Called a week in advance to make an appointment for my mom and myself to make sure we could get pedi's together. Upon arrival only one person was working and was doing a fill in so I had to wait till they were done. My mom left because she would've had to wait for the fill in and my pedi before she got hers. I sat in the "massage" chair while I waited and put my feet in very luke warm water. The massage chair doesn't actually work other than the back rolling up and down. I got the standard pedi and it seemed very rushed because people came in after me and were waiting. Couldn't even give 2 stars because even the polish was applied very sloppily. One of the worst and most expensive nail mistakes I have ever made. When you first enter the building it is tacky and very unclean. They tried to make it look luxury but just comes off as gimmicky and a reason to charge such a high price. The guy's name was Nichols, he did a holographic ombre nail on me that I had saw on Pinterest. The nails are uneven painted, I'm not sure why he boasted about his nail art being in a magazine, because they are so bad. I can see different parts of the nail based on which angle and looking at them. He didn't touch the cuticle which obviously needed to be done, all he did was place fill in powder and without drilling the bottom so now my real nail is making the acrylic nail come off and I just had them done yesterday! The best part is I paid 50$ for a FILL IN, no new powder. When I asked about why it was such a high price he said that the holographic takes a special top coat but I literally watched him do it and it was nothing special. The holographic powder is uneven from where he did not apply the pressure correctly and now the color is fading. I seriously regret the 5$ tip I left. I read some bad reviews about this place, but found myself nearby and thought surely a simple manicure with regular polish would be fine. I mean how could you mess that up? The place was clean enough, though the chemical smell was very very strong. I left the place at 11:15 am and by 7 pm my nails looked like this. It all just peeled right off! I noticed that the base coat was stringy and the polish was a bit lumpy once my nails dried, but I wasn't all that worried about it. But then it just peeled off! And I though she buffed my nails, but she just scratched them up, they now have scratches on them from using a rough "buffer". They were adamant that regular polish doesn't last more than a day or two and that's why EVERYONE gets shellac now. I've had lots of manicures and I always do regular polish, I'm not a shellac gal. It's never ever peeled off before! Chipped, sure. Messed up, yep, but always my fault. I barely used my hands that day - spent the day doing lots of driving. They were adamant that they are providing what they claim - service if the nails but that polish is bonus. Ha! It's funny now. I left them saying, "You guys are something else." I really hope that Yelp is correct, and this place is closed, permanently. I have never submitted a 1 star review, but I was literally crying as I walked out the door with a wrecked hand on my way to find someone to repair the damage. I had an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding, which was 2 days away. I arrived 2 mins. late for my mani-pedi, and was completely prepared to wait, as I was late. 55mins later, I was still waiting, like an idiot. The wine is horrible. Don't bother asking for any. I asked for a full set of tips and a pink and white. I began chatting with my girlfriend that I hadn't seen for a while, and the next time I looked down, my right hand had hooves on the end of my fingers and they were LITERALLY half pink and half white...he had made the pink nail beds exactly the same length as the white nail part! It was the ugliest thing you have ever seen. After tears and his pedantic explanations that I didn't know enough about manicures to ask for the right service, we left. We did not pay, and I am so thankful to the ladies at Casa Blanca for saving my wedding. Worst experience ever. read more
