FYI - not sure when they moved but the address is wrong in Apple/Google Maps. It's no longer on 160th Street but in Mayfield Common across from the TacoTime. I came here for a pedicure for the first time after being unsatisfied with other nearby salons. The lady who did my nails did not speak or understand English except for a few words but there were other workers who were able to translate my specific concerns well (ingrown toenail prevention). Despite the language barrier (or maybe even due it to - I prefer to spend time browsing on my phone than making smalltalk), I thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure and will come back here again. The lady did everything right. She used sterilized tools, she was meticulous and accurate with trimming my nails and cuticles and did not rush. The scrubbing of my rough skin was done well. She used an exfoilator scrub on leg up until my knees. The pre-warmed lotion was a delightful touch. With it she gave a lovely and thorough massage to both legs and feet and again, she did not rush. She put my flipflops as well as the toe separator foam things prior to starting polish. She was again meticulous with the polish application. All this despite arriving 30 minutes before closing. I went in to get shellac taken off and redone. The tech was so rough and was clipping really half hazard around my cuticles mangling them. I ended up getting a very painful staph infection. On top of that the paint chipped after a couple of days as well. read more

Came here just after opening and didn't have an appointment, they took me in right away. Really diligent on my slightly ingrown toenails. The massage chairs looked brand new and were really comfortable, forgot how much I love massage chairs Place is really clean looking. TONS of nail colour choices for regular and gel, I mean a whole wall of colours!! The girls were all quiet but I'm ok with just being able to sit back & enjoy being pampered. Loved the warm lotion for the leg massage. The final product was pretty good. I was happy with my toes (regular pedicure) but my nails I was a bit disappointed with. Not sure if you can see it in the pics but my nail colour (gel nails) looked a bit thin in places. But we'll see how long they last, that's the more important thing for me. read more

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! I stumbled upon this place when I when I was in desperate need of a fix. My regular nail lady lives quite far away on the North End of Edmonton, and I didn't have the time to get in with her. Divani Nails is conveniently located just West of Downtown Edmonton, and is always open at the most convenient times! Most of the young girls are really great, but I especially love Tina. She's my technician and does an amazing job! Her work is comparable, (if not better), to some of the places I've been to and that have charged me double. She is always consistent with her work and always go over the top. She listens well and always delivers the exact shape and design I want each time (and trust me, I'm picky)! My nails, with design and multiple colours, cost me anywhere from $35-$42. They have a variety of colours, designs and 3D art jewels. The prices are great and the services they offer are beyond my standards. I've been going to this place for about 1 year and 1/2, and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone! read more

Whenever I come to visit Edmonton this is my go to nail shop! Service is always friendly and smiley and my girl Tina never ever does me wrong. She is literally the best! Whatever nail design request I have she does to perfection, or if I bring in a design I want, she re-creates the look down to the tee. I am very picky and particular but she does an amazing job every time with cleaning my cuticles, shaping my nails, and painting every corner and crevasse. What I like about coming here is leaving with long lasting nails. My gel nails usually last up to two-three weeks! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice nail joint, and ask for Tina! read more

I came here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They put gel on my toes even though I specifically asked for a regular pedicure and charged me $99. Although my nails looked pretty the polish was chipping the very next day. I had a design on two of my nails that also fell off the following day. I am new to Edmonton and normally pay $47USD for gel nails with pedicure. I would not recommend this spot. I am still on the hunt for a good nail spa in the West End that can give a deadly mani/pedi and not rape my wallet. read more

Just had a regular pedicure yesterday at Divani, lousy paint job.

The first time I came here, my gel set was okay. They looked very nice, however they were ridiculously thick. In general, Ashley did a good job. The second time was pretty bad. Bobby did my nails and it was extremely painful. It was annoying how every time he wanted my other hand or for me to do something, he'd snap his nails. While he did do a nice thickness on the gels, three are crooked!! Even after I asked him to replace them, he kept saying he could fix them up until the end. Surprise: he didn't. I didn't have time to get them redone and I had to go on my vacation the next morning for my engagement shoot with them looking bad. Will have to redo. I wouldn't recommend going here unless for something basic. read more

I just got my very first facial at Divani and it was really good everything was as it should be except it was really cold in the place so I wasn't able to relax fully but the lady was nice she did a good job. I think I will go back here for a facial but I will definitely put on a few extra layers. All in all it was a pretty good first time for a facial. :) read more

I tried these guys out in hopes of finding a new nail tech and waxer... Yeah no.. I went there with a friend and honestly, I have had my nails done better for cheaper.. The lady that I saw seemed more concerned about getting me out of there. I asked to get the same coating as my friend as she recommended to me to try that so I did but I didn't end up with that. My friend even pointed out that they were putting on the wrong one. The way that they put my nails on made my nails look absolutely horrible!! One nail looked super fat, the other looked like it was crooked, they were all uneven (not that I am super picky about it but when I am paying that kind of money I expect a bit more then that crap). It was so bad that even my fiance noticed that and he's the kind of guy to say oh yes honey looks good I don't see what you are complaining about. But he even commented saying I will not be returning to that salon and wasting our money on them. I even expressed to them that these nails looked horrible and I was not impressed but they just brushed it off and continued to talk in their language like I was just another dollar in their pocket. Needless to say, I did get my eyebrows done and they did and awesome job on that so I will say good job to that. Even when I was there, there was a little girl that was getting a pedicure and she started crying because her toes were not painted the way she had request. It was a simle The poor girl was about seven. Instead of them offering to remove the polish and start over they just looked at each other as if to say umm what do I do? The mother ended up saying it's fine she will get over it. That upset me very much to sit there and watch that. My end bill for them including tip was $120. Not my first time there...used to go years ago...always had a decent experience...and it was a good price so never complained...this time I went and they had moved...and went to the new location...have a mani pedi...gel on nails and reg on toes...my toes look like an amateur did them...bumpy and not smooth looking...and my gel nails started to peel within a week...and not a great job...I paid $100 and will never go back. read more

I made an appointment here for myself and my mother. We were excited as this is something we never do. I spoke with the owner who was extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. When we arrived, there were about 6 other ladies ahead of us including a young girl. The salon looked promising. We sat in the massage chairs meant for pedicures after waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes which ended up being later than our scheduled appointment. The massage chair was the only thing that made this trip okay. I requested a regular pedicure and my mom got the herbal spa pedicure. The lady began working on me and right from the beginning she seemed very distracted. She cut my toenails and while shaping them, hurt my toe. I should have asked her to stop at that point. She continued. She moved on to scrubbing off the thick skin from the bottom of my left foot with one of those hard, dry sponges. She wasn't even looking at what she was doing, just scrubbing away like crazy. Then I felt pain and I flinched, she asked me if it tickled and plopped my foot back into the water. It burned. She scrubbed my right foot, not at all in the same way. When we looked at my left foot again it was bleeding and raw. She wasn't concerned. She just kept going after putting something on my open wound. She didnt say a word but kept looking to the front of the store. I made her stop at that point. She completely disappeared at that point. I left without paying and without pretty toes. I couldn't even put my shoe on to leave. read more

I come here frequently since its near my house and whenever I have upcoming events like weddings. Or whenever my eyebrows need a good waxing, the lady there is a miracle worker with eyebrows I usually don't go anywhere else for it. I commonly ask for a full set of French tips for just 30$ and they do an amazing job! compared to the shops i used to go to which I've had to pay much more for. The place itself caught my attention, plasma Tvs all around the place, open and spacey, cleanly to though the sales area could use dusting plus i could do without the workers speaking to eachother in a different language the whole time. Though despite the language barrier they do speak english and generally friendly. Other than those things there's not much to go wrong with this place. read more

I go here quite often, there selection is great! If it is busy then be careful on how they do it cause seems when they rush it is not what you wanted, I have only had 2 bad experiences and was same lady don't recall her name but she never even asked what I wanted both times I tried to explain and she never listened, I did complain and they never did anything for me even knowing I come there often, so I didn't come few months afterwards because of it but I know 1 really nice and good employees name is May and she really does care how you prefer your nails and does amazing designs!! They are pricy and need to work on customer service if a customer is not happy then go the extra effort to give a discount or make it right!
