Let me start by saying the staff at diversions is very helpful the owners are on all the time. They're very helpful also. Their customer service at diversions is amazing. I thought I lost my favorite hat that I had just purchased weeks earlier I called the Traverse City store and they were able to help me out. I then found the hat so I had to cancel the order they were most understanding and very helpful didn't mind at all.
