Went there with the wife and when came in was greeted by a friendly male waiter he was really awesome Recommended some good food and wine and a cider, but music was really loud and hard metal and when we asked if they could lower it or change it to kind of suit the mood because the bar was kind of empty, I guess the girl behind the bar wasn't really nice about it and stated don't really care. He apologized because he saw but he was a nice guy and I would give a thumbs up to him, but not to the other party working there. The food was good for a pub bar. Went last night for the live music. We will never go back. The "pizza" they serve is frozen pizza delivered from fry's. The $14 pretzel with beer cheese is just a frozen pretzel heated up. They don't serve ice (I ordered soda), they said that's not a cost they want to accrue. And lastly, they were completely rude to the musician playing there. He was telling stories behind the songs he was about to play and they actually told him to "stop talking so much" and to "just play". Not in private either. In front of the whole bar. Over the last few years I've visited this establishment a couple of times, and always had a pleasant experience. My friend invited me out this evening for a drink to catch up, and so grateful they were open on Memorial Day. The gentleman at the bar was incredibly friendly and provided amazing service though I know it was later in the evening. Love the atmosphere of the establishment and the comfort to relax with loved ones to sip and converse. I'll definitely return and recommend as a cozy place to grab a drink! read more

The staff was super nice and very on top of helping us! They were knowledgeable on their beer and wine selections. If you are looking for a place with some good sours they definitely had them! It was a little more quiet atmosphere when we went. We got to enjoy playing some board games. I do have to say the food was a little lack luster. We had ordered a panini and it was partly burnt (we were pretty hungry and didn't bother the server with this). We also ordered a pizza and that was undercooked (pretty doughy) We did let the server know about the pizza and they made us a new one. However, that one was still a little under cooked. We ended up taking that home and just cooking it in the oven. The flavor was good but not anything to go crazy over. I would absolutely recommend them for their drinks and service! I however, wouldn't recommend their food. read more

I've been hanging out at The Divided Vine a few times a week, while my kids are at math tutoring in the same plaza. From my first visit, I knew this was a very special place. They have one wall with the beer menu and the opposite wall has their wine, mead, port and sake. They regularly introduce new selections and they ALWAYS have something yummy, no matter your preference. Beyond being an awesome spot to find a new favorite, it's also a very chill vibe and the staff are phenomenal! When (not if) you go, you'll probably run into Clayton and Jeff, the owners, as well as Rico and Luke, two of my favorite bartenders. You'll mix with newbies and regulars and it feels like a place I can call, 'my bar'. I seriously love it here! Great selection of craft beers. You can sample them as well. I like the Thai Delight which is a sour ale that tastes JUST like mango lassi. It's thick and sweet and fruity. I also tried a lager which tastes similar to green tea. The bartenders are attentive, fast, and friendly. They also are very knowledgeable about their selection. Nice place to unwind. read more

Our first time visiting since we moved to the area. We came for the wine, but the beer selection was off the charts. I'll start by saying the owner is absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable about all the wines served here. His recommendation for a wine that suited what we liked was spot on. Very attentive, too. I had the CSP panini. It was so good! The dill dipping sauce was amazing. We also tried the much loved popcorn, so good. We loved the music and atmosphere. We are definitely going back, highly recommended! read more

I discovered this place while out in Chandler for my son's high school football game (away). I was a bit early and needed a place to unwind for a bit and pass the time. Divided Vine has stellar reviews and was 2 miles from the field, so I decided to stop in for a glass of wine. It's definitely a "divey" type of wine/beer bar but boy did it deliver on service and value! The wine and beer selections were on 2 of the walls and were VERY large. There was something for everyone at this place! I ended up getting the happy hour wine (which changes daily) but on this day it was a dry French Sauvignon Blanc which is one of my faves. The pour of wine was VERY good, and for $8 on happy hour was hard to beat! I didn't interact with the servers a ton, but everyone was incredibly pleasant and it seemed like there were quite a few regulars in the place. There were a few TVs around the bar with sports playing which I enjoyed. I did not order any food while I was here, however, many people asked about the pizza and expressed how good it was as they were deciding on which type to order. While I am VERY sad that this location is over an hour from where I live, I am thankful to have stumbled upon such an awesome gem of a wine/beer bar!! read more

What a LOVELY spot! My husband and I are from Woodinville, Washington... where delicious wine is abundant and I'm guaranteed a good glass at every restaurant. I've not found that in AZ yet... until I stumbled upon this place! They have a large beer and wine list that rotates - you can order by the glass or bottle. They also have to go options if you want to buy a can/bottle. They have snack type foods. I ordered a Carlson Creek 2014 Sangiovese that was delicious! I'm so excited about this new craft beer bar. Well wine too, but beer speaks to my soul. The beer list is legit. First thing that popped out was Church Music, a great hazy from The Shop which was cool as fuck to see them carrying some local handles. I settled on a triple IPA, The Duke from Mason Ale Works. It's a beer I've never had before but it smelled dank and taste packed with hop flavor. That's the great thing about this place, you can put your complete faith in trying a new $7 beer (which is an excellent price for a triple) because you know it was selected by people who discern quality beer. What a special and fun place.They sponsor events, have live music, sell tons of types of beer, meads, and wine. Did I mention they have wine? Lots of unique wine choices. We loved the Charcuterie board (extra yum to the pickles and the ginger jam) and the Devil's Popcorn. Someone on here said they have Maple Garlic popcorn. Oh my! I will have to go back and try that. The guitar player was pretty awesome too. Did I mention they have wine? lol Check it out. Tye and Rico are amazing. Well, to be honest, all the staff are. Have fun. Did I mention they have wine? I do want to say the place is pretty packed and small so if you are watching crowds right now, just a heads up. This place is a hidden Gem in Gilbert. I am a craft beer guy and this place an fantastic. I have visited many times, staff is always on point. Great local place tucked away in a shopping center. Super friendly staff and cold beer. Nice U-shaped bar with a few side tables. Lots of seating outdoors. Usually you can find a place to sit indoors. The afternoon sun can be brutal thru the windows, but they have some good shades in place. Beer and wine is always rotating, so its tough to always get the same things if you find a favorite. This place is more of a tasting room to always try new things. The downside is that I can never find any of the beer for sale anywhere after I try it. I think of it as a way to keep trying new things! Highly recommend you check this place out. Locally owned and pricing is decent. read more

Another great wine room!!! Most of the seating is high seating. Some of us shorties like a feet to touch the ground. The service was wonderful, food I had the cheese & meat platter.
