My Spanish is terrible, so I don't think I knew what I was ordering. It seemed to me the menú del…read moredía included one of the entrantes, a primero, a pizza, and a postre. Kinda makes sense, right? A starter, a first course, a pizza, and a dessert.
Well, maybe my Spanish is absolute trash because I *thought* I knew what I was ordering and I only got a salad and a pasta.
That said, my salad and pasta were excellent. The salad was fresh and beautifully presented. The chicken was tasty. A cool mix of ingredients.
The pasta was perfectly al dente, light, and delicious.
I asked for the bill and was told to pay up front.
And I walked out without one of those pizzas and they looked amazing. (Cracks open Spanish book to learn how to say, "Does this menu include pizza and if not how do we assure that I get a pizza because damn, those pizzas look amazing.")
