Unfortunately, the experience itself left me feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. The session began with a technician who didn't speak English, and another more senior technician stepped in to translate. While I tried to describe the nail shape I wanted, there was a clear communication barrier, and the first technician left. From there, the senior technician's tone and demeanor became noticeably frustrated and impatient with me. I've always been a polite and easygoing customer, so being spoken to in such a belittling and condescending way was really disappointing. When I misunderstood a nail shape term, the way it was corrected felt unnecessarily harsh. I could also tell that I was being discussed in another language, which only added to how uneasy I felt. At one point, the technician even asked if I wanted to leave -- which shocked me because I had never said or implied that. That moment completely ruined the relaxing experience I had hoped for, and I ended up skipping my pedicure and leaving early. This is the first time I've ever left a salon without tipping -- not because of poor work, but because of how I was made to feel. Her talent is undeniable, but professionalism and respect matter just as much. I wanted to start a relationship of reoccurring spa services with your establishment but don't really feel welcomed and I believe my character was misjudged- as if to expect more hostility from me which goes against what I've always stood for- common decency and respect for everyone I encounter. I hope the salon can address this so that future clients can enjoy both great service and a kind, welcoming atmosphere.

It took a good 20 minutes for her to come back with the color, the lm about 10 minutes for her to figure out where to even start. I didn't feel very comfortable. Like just in conversation...just weird. So I left with a head FULL of highlights, some mushroom brown and toner. Then she says to me next time you come back we will do the balayage. Umm...you didn't even do what I asked.

All people who use Pharmacies on a regular basis need to read this review:…read more Recently, i was put into a position of care~taking for a very elderly person; which also required helping with all of the medication needs: organizing them, properly giving them, and re~ordering them. Before this task, i had zero exposure to the "Pharmaceutical" world~ {never needed to take a drug of any kind, for anything, my entire life}. So, "refilling some prescriptions" was an entirely foreign experience for me. Plus, dealing with all the various medical "offices", that worked with the patient i took care of, was not ever particularly enjoyable.. That's when 'Jilli', of Walgreens, Inverness, FL, came to my rescue!!.. For, i was faced with a prescription-refilling dilemma that required me to do some sort of insurance follow-up, *that i had no clue how to do*. But Jilli went the extra mile for me, and took care of the problem in a short time, that would have taken me, who~knows~how~long {if i would have even been able to get it done, at all}. A couple days later, i was in position to pick the prescriptions up. And so, i went there on the 28th of October, about 6:30p.m. When i got to Walgreens, i did not have a line ahead of me, and so, they helped me very readily. As i waited, i watched intently as each Pharmacy staff member did their work. In a very short period of time, my jaw literally dropped in utter amazement to the phenomenal professionalism and composure of each member, as they dealt with their *on-going* extraordinary time limitations, requests, and demands--- that seemed to just keep mounting, in my perspective. For each one of the staff members, the requirements placed on them were seemingly constantly pressing, needed, and coming from virtually every direction: the telephone, new walk~ins, the drive~thru, and all of the various considerations that had to be constantly taken into account just to carefully and properly handle the critically important materials. And all without running into, or tripping over, each other in the process!! And, yet, not one of them appeared rattled nor even stressed throughout. 'Surgeons aren't even under this kind of pressure!!', i thought to myself, as i absolutely marveled in admiration at all of their incredible, professional composure, adeptness and dexterity. These people, that work in this line of business, do not get a fraction of the credit that they deserve. It's high~time people truly recognize the incredible responsibility and obligation these workers have on their shoulders--- to the point, really, that those responsibilities and obligations are almost unreasonable and unrealistic. We all need to deeply appreciate that. All of my respect and admiration to you Pharmacy employees at Walgreens, Inverness, FL. Again, i applaud you. They prescribed expensive medication that made my skin look worse than before I went in. I was happy with the previous prescription I had and don't know why they just didn't update the prescription. I'm not going back there until the road is finished and I can get my regular Dermatologist or go to a new Dermatologist. Also, the PA lacked empathy or concern. Instead of fully observing my skin, just asking "me" if I had concerns. Of course I did or I wouldn't have been there, she did not go above and beyond as my regular Dermatologist did on every visit. Not happy with an inexperienced PA at all.
