When I wasn't home, they dumped them in front of the gate to my development for anyone to walk off with. They didn't include a card or address, other than a small card promoting their business. A neighbour saw them, brought them in, and had to call Blumen to ask which house they were for. I still have no idea who sent them, though, so I can't thank them for the gift. Pretty incredible that a florist can't be bothered to include a card with the flowers, or even to put an address on them if they're going to leave them out in public rather than delivering them.

Open and bright with their large windows and the patio with the Vancouver skyline is icing on the cake. Our wedding had around 200 guests and the space allowed us to host everyone comfortably, and since a large majority of our guests were from out of town, they were very impressed with the view this venue provides. By booking with Diamond, they also provide you with a day-of coordinator. Stacy and Anya were awesome to work with. I currently live in Calgary so everything was done via e-mail or phone. I never had to wait long to get a response back any time I had questions or concerns. As most weddings would have problems, we encountered a few hiccups the day of our wedding as well, but these ladies being professionals that they are, took care of everything while they instructed me to eat and relax downstairs until everything is sorted out for the wedding party entrance. Note that they do in house catering - but the chef there knows what he's doing. We met with him for our tasting menu and he was very attentive and took down notes on anything that needed to be tweaked. The food was delicious and we received a lot of compliments - which is huge for a wedding. Lastly, a tip for any couple that are planning their wedding in 2016 and on wards. We lucked out because the day of our wedding was the Celebration of Lights opening. Stacy said that sometimes depending on the way the fireworks are set up, you can either see a bit of it from their patio or all of it. We lucked out and at 10pm that night, all our guests were able to watch the entire fireworks show from China (who spent millions, I'm sure), which was something that I'm sure our guests will never forget. I was highly disappointed when I got these flowers .. the roses were just placed in the vase THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CREATIVITY USED AT ALL!!!! now I've done arrangements for events and I ended up fixing this one after .. added some 4 dollar baby's breath from safeway .. trimmed some of the roses so they were different heights and also arranged the colours nicely ... Their customer service is good tho .. she called and made arrangements for me to pick them up because she couldn't get into my building and she stilled walked them home for me because it was heavy and I had a stroller and other stuff .. I mean my fiance technically did pay for delivery but it was still nice of her .. Also some of the red roses were dying very dark .. they didn't even take the time to pick the dead petals off ..
