I've had a lot of dental traumas/anxiety from past experiences, but the staff really set me at ease from the moment I arrived. The person at the front didn't say much but gave clear instructions and got me checked in. I waited around 10 to 15 minutes before being taken in. The nurse was friendly and asked some basic background info, wrote stuff down and seemed like they were paying attention. When the doctor came in, they greeted me with a calm tone and asked me to explain what's been going on. I appreciated that they didn't interrupt me and let me finish before responding. They gave suggestions and walked me through what might be happening. The language they used was pretty easy to follow and I didn't feel confused by anything. I asked a few questions and they didn't brush me off. They gave some general suggestions and mentioned a couple of things to keep an eye on. The visit didn't feel rushed and I got what I needed. Overall I'd say it was a good experience and I'd feel comfortable coming back if I needed to.
