To repair the damage to our lakes, the City contracted with Sunbelt Rentals to supply compressors to aerate the lakes, and get them back to normal. The 8-10 units are working very well. Today, I spoke with Larry, one of your valued employees, asking approximately how long the compressor would be aerating the lakes? Larry discussed the process and said it would take a few days and then the lakes would return back to normal. We popped into this True Value…read morehardware store a block or two off of Federal Highway to pick up some household bits (probably made in China, but let's not focus on that!). Very narrow aisles, but they are densely packed with all the tools, bits, bobs, paint, mailboxes, and other stuff you need for your home and your office and anything else where you might want to hit a hammer into a nail. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. As I mentioned, it's a small shop. Only 8000 square feet, which is dwarfed by the much larger and higher shelved) Home Depot that is usually around 100,000 square feet. But don't let that put you off. These folks know their stuff!

If you have a question, someone there probably has an answer and unlike Home Depot or Lowe's it is more than likely a correct answer. Both are small, serious hardware stores without the added carpet, appliance or other such non traditional hardware items which for me has always added up to quicker, easier more convenient as well as successful hardware shopping.
