I requested to speak with a manager, and a "Tim", got on the phone. He had little to say, which is fine. I suggested he pull the call recording and review it, but I doubt that happens. I train customer service and have for over 13 years, and believe me, interrupting, not listening and doing your best to offer to assist rather than to abruptly say no at every turn is not service.
