I have been a customer with this company for several months. I have never missed a payment or been…read morelate. I called to refinance my loan but needed clarification on an item they were requesting when the branch manager, Shawn began to talk down to me. She was very short in her replies and seemed overly agitated. I was taken back because I have an exceptional record with the company and didn't understand the hostility. I asked her why she was being so nasty to a customer and that upset her even more because the audacity of me, right? I would not recommend the branch at 81st and Sheridan. Just a nasty, vile woman.
