I bought a new HVAC system from Mobley for a rental property, hired their technicians to install,…read moreetc. It broke down 18 months later. It was still under warranty and so I called them to repair it. They provided a repair estimate instead of $2k. To make a long, dull story even duller, the "fine-print" warranty basically excludes all HVAC-related issues even during the first year. Additionally, they said they were the distributors and not the manufacturers and, consequently, it was not their fault. I called it the "Mobley Fault Line." In the end, after 3 solid weeks of calls and asking for the manager, Mobley generously knocked $250 off the $2K repair bill for the HVAC that was still under warranty.
