When I shows there they sent me to a dental hygienist. I told her that I did not booked for this rather I booked for checkup and she said doctor want to see the teethes clean. After 2 hour long cleaning, pictures, xray doctor came checked and told me that she cannot work on my tooth as I was only booked for cleaning. I said no I told hygienist before start I am not here for this. Then she said I am very busy cannot do it today. During the cleaning they totally remove the disturbed filling and leave me with a hole in the tooth. Reception staff came and told me that there was some communication problem. I lost 2 hours in middle of working day. They charge me 600 Dollars for cleaning and checkup and xray and I came back in worst condition then I went there. I would not recommend this practice.

Ever since I have been coming to Dr. Han's office I have had nothing but good experiences. Yelena (sp?) is our regular hygienist and Dr. Han checks to see my teeth and ask me how everything is going each visit. Both Dr. Han and Yelena are very diligent and are top notch professionals at what they do. Ever since I switched to Dr. Han my oral health has improved as well so basically they were better than my previous dentist and hygienist as well. My wife usually books early appointments (7am) so I don't have to miss work and it's nice to come in early and get it done even though it's just several times a year it's always been a good experience coming to Dr. Han's office. Whoever works at the Dr Arun Narang office should check how this person spoke to me, it was a simple misunderstanding on my part and was hit back with a degrading email that made it seem like I wasn't "serious" about what I was asking about. I was told to send photos, x-rays and a letter from my orthodontist so they could refer me to a surgeon, which I responded that I would get those documents from my orthodontist (since I don't have them with me so I would need to ask my ortho) and I said this I said that I would need to contact my ortho to get this info and I will be in contact with them soon, yet I was screamed at through email by whomever was email. And I was told in the next email ,after I said I STILL need to get those documents for you I will give it to you soon, that " If you want to be taken seriously provide me what I am asking ". How rude can you be. This is how I know this person didn't read my email. I had to email back and refer to my previous email stating that I still need to get the documents. I was also told "Do what I asked of you" which is quite a harsh way to speak to someone who is a potential customer. Horrible Horrible customer service. Staff doesn't have to be this rude, its appalling. Staff shouldn't be this cold to potential customers. I have however found an amazing office somewhere else, the staff is amazing and kind.
