Look no further; you've found your home inspector. I spent my entire morning shopping for rates. Jon Dixon beat them all and didn't charge the absorbent extra fee for some specific services like most others did. He was available quickly and was on site EARLY to do an exterior inspection, saving me time. He gave me a run down of his findings in-person and answered all my questions. His easy-to-understand but incredibly thorough report was sent to me ~18 hours after the inspection. The inspection included drone pics of the roof (but he is determined to do his job the best he can so he climbed up there too!), UV pics of areas, and he tested for moisture in some areas that concerned me.
