She went above and beyond all her responsibilities to ensure that our wedding was a success. The original ceremony was intended to be outdoor. However, the weather did not cooperate. Heather and her team worked meticulously to transition the ceremony inside and still made sure it was gorgeous! From the pre-wedding planning to the ceremony to the reception, she ensured that everything went flawlessly. If anything went awry, I sure didn't know of it. She handled EVERYTHING. I emphasize that because the venue was supposed to provide an on-site coordinator to assist with certain things. That person was no where to be found. There is absolutely no dollar amount I would put on the work Heather did. I would recommend her for any type of event. She has true class and work ethic.

My uncle was supposed to sing during the ceremony and we informed J&A entertainment of this. When my uncle was practicing before the ceremony were to begin, he realized the audio of the songs he was supposed to be singing to were not the karaoke versions but the actual song being sung by the artist. When my uncle went up to Jason to try and fix the issue, Jason was very rude and blew him off. My uncle tried to give him his phone that had the karaoke versions of the songs and Jason was not having it. It just sucks because like I said, Jason did a great job of keeping people on the dance floor during the reception and does know how to keep the crowd engaged which is what we wanted and are thankful for. But he took a very special moment away from us and my uncle. Instead of trying to accommodate our requests when the issue was realized, he blew my uncle off and my uncle ended up having to try and sing over Adele and Frank Sinatra. Just very disappointing. Also, we requested a private last dance prior to the wedding and he didn't accommodate that either. He ended up playing our last dance song without asking everyone to go outside for the exit. Other than those two things he did do a great job. And even though we specifically stated my uncle would be singing during the ceremony, I would suggest having a meeting with your DJ before the wedding day to make sure all of you requests will be properly met.

Everything was done professionally. We touched base the day before the event. They set up an hour before the event and made sure everything was perfect. They were available throughout the event and were helpful and friendly. Pictures were great and will be a great reminder for the guests and the hosts. First, I chose them over others because of the panoramic design of the photo booth. Traditional photo booths are cool but when you have big parties like weddings, you need more space to take pictures with your 10 friends. Also, Cupics helps design the layout of what you want when the photo strip is printed. They have a lot of backdrops to choose from and also their services comes with costumes to make the pictures that much better. On the wedding day, they arrive early and setup quietly while my ceremony was taking place in the ballroom. Cupics did an amazing job setting up their wireless projector so everyone can see the images being taken at the photo booth. The staff there was so helpful and Long was very responsive with all e-mails sent to him. I highly recommend them as they were very professional and the pictures turned out awesome.
