It was frustrating trying to get your drink.. almost took 20 mins to get a beer or a shot! This killed my vibe. Also, they take forever to get your karaoke request in. Sometimes they even favored people that put in their request after me. I did like that they have a bunch of songs to pick from and their cool seating areas! I would go during a less busy time so you actually have a chance to sing..
