Where something had it and shattered. I called Kornell and informed him on what happened. I even texted him a picture. There was absolutely no communication from him. Also, the irrigation company came out about an hour ago and come to find out that I had a broken head again, where they damaged. So now I got a broken window and a busted sprinkler head that has to be replaced due to their incompetence. And make it so bad I was paying him an extra $25 every two weeks for them to walk my front yard to make sure that there were no sprinkler heads sticking up b4 they start cutting. The last cut, 17Jul, no one from the crew walked the front yard. I was watching them from a far. Now he has completely ghosted me. I texted him to inform that I will NO LONGER be using them at this address. $370. (Window) & $80. (Sprinkle head) later.

Kornell was most helpful with picking out plants that were best suited for the space, pointing out the duration of sun in a particular place, potential growth of plants, all the things the majority of people don't think about. A few plants had to be relocated to another place on the property, he was happy to move them. This spring we wanted a portion of our front lawn resodded, of course we called Southside Lawn for the job. Our lawn looks amazing! Kornell is flexible to work with and helpful with all things lawn related. 15 very satisfied years of lawn care service!!

After contacting Mr Garcia, it seems to be a good situation as he picks up the phone and is very…read morefriendly and he wants to come over to give a price on the yard right away!! He gives a quote for the grass and it is reasonable. This is during the end summer so he cuts the grass and trims a 4 times and he is eager to get work. This changes in September when he says he is going to come and we text and call. After a few weeks he texts that he got into an accident in Middletown Atlanta. He says he needs to get the truck fixed but he will get to us as soon as he can. He uses a big box truck to carry equipment and was not the truck in the picture so let Mr. Garcia know that if he needed money that we have work to help get his truck fixed. "Yes no problem I will get to you" is his answer. Two weeks later I call and text and finally he comes and cuts the grass and blows the leaves because now it's late November and all the leaves are down and I am asking to get this done and to quote us a price to get the whole yard done. His communication goes from excellent to very subpar! The holiday season comes and goes and I try to do the yard work but I'm super busy and my yard still look like dog poop! My wife has better luck with this guy so she texts and calls. It's like we give him all the benefit of doubt because of his sad poor me stories. And we are decent people and will go the distance for anyone. We finally get a hold of him and again his story is he is having truck problems but he will come on a Friday. Friday comes and goes and we call and text. Today is two weeks later and I'm looking for another lawn care provider and I see his name of landscaping company. I see he has great reviews and seems amazing!! I call him and text him telling him that his business is not good when you can not commit to a service that is provided especially when the communication is horrible and when you make promises that you can not keep. I am sorry your truck keeps breaking down or you have other issues but at the end of the day I am a paying customer trying to pay you to provide a service!! I let him know I'm posting this review so he is not blindsided. So ya this guy is garbage and his company is garbage so just because the reviews look good, the company is still garbage and do yourself a favor and read these negative reviews to get a better picture. This is a very honest review and I even gave the guy multiple chances and I wish him the best in life but he should not have a business because he is a horrible business person!! Nuff said!!
