Ultimately, I spent over half an hour listening to someone who seemed more interested in talking about himself and how awesome a production they do than providing good service. Due to his unprofessionalism, I decided not to book the entertainer, even if it were the biggest superstar in the world. I wouldn't recommend using this company: I've had many much better experiences with other companies in the past. Armand dismissed reviews, saying, "Reviews are crap; anyone can write them," as well as "you are putting me on trial asking for this (meaning some kind of review" which I found incredibly unprofessional and telling. I've toned down this review to keep it less harsh, but it's well-deserved; I've only written two reviews in my life, both positive. Good luck trying to be patient while dealing with him--it's simply not worth it.

He suggested adjustments to our timeline based upon crowd participation, guest requests, and the general mood of the reception.
