When Danny turned, I greeted him at the door. There was no hello, no I'm Danny. He grunted at me "where's the Boiler located at"
His general demeanour from outset, was of someone who didn't want to be there.
I felt as if he was doing me a favor by turning up.
When he examined the boiler, there turned out to be a bigger issue than first though, as the heating had not been switched on over the summer months.
Danny said he didn't have the correct tools as he though it was just a service.
I can completely understand that, and I have no problem paying extra for the work needed.
What I did take exception to, was the manner in the way he spoke to me and how it appeared to be an inconvenience that he would have to come back another day.
Maybe he was having a bad day, but it's a shame as I felt compelled to leave a negative review for Danny, as a result of such a negative experience. read more
