This company is professional, honest and exhibits personal integrity. We never heard a…read morediscouraging word, foul language or high-pitched aggressive communication, either verbally, via text or email. They have been at our house for over a month and have shown consideration and awareness regarding the personal items inside of the house and out. They have been hired to paint the inside, the outside of the house, as well as rebuild and reinforce our decks. Due to the fact that our home is 20 years old, we expected to find some issues. When we did, Jason and his team were quick to point out any potential problems, suggest quick resolutions and were prompt to efficiently solve the problem, i.e., a leaking roof of which we were not aware, that ended up almost flooding our kitchen area. They were on time, if not early every day, never smoked anywhere near the house, and were cautious of our pets when entering and exiting the home. They were courteous at all times and went to great lengths to make sure the workspaces were clean, even at the end of the day, not necessarily the end of the task. As for any change orders that needed to be discussed and finalized, Jason was more than willing to meet with us, going over line-item by line-item, adjusting anything along the way, and working with us regarding product delays (due to shipping or production problems). At one point, when Alpine Lumber delivered a deficient product to our home, they immediately rectified the situation and had the correct product ordered for delivery. While they are not finished with the challenges ahead, we have already scheduled this company for roofing installation in 2026. We highly recommend this company.
