I ordered the vegetarian sweet potato burrito, medium spicy, large of course. It was an explosion of flavor, slightly sweet due to the sweet potato, but wonderfully balanced by the spicy burrito sauce and the salsa. I loved every bite of it and inhaled the whole thing in minutes. I'm still dreaming of it now. I also loved that there were so many vegetarian options. 3 or 4 - that was almost half the menu. I want to try them all! The food is definitely five stars, but the staff, despite being super friendly, was just very slow. From the moment I entered, it took me a good 25 minutes until I had my burrito. It was crowded, yes, but the whole operation just seemed to be so inefficient. I wasn't in a rush, so it was ok, but I'll definitely keep that in mind for future visits. Of which there will be plenty!

When I got it it was filled with peas, carrots, broccoli, corn and beans. It wasn't necessarily bad, just really weird to have broccoli, peas, and carrots in there, with a fairly small amount of beans and corn. I'm not sure if this is normal around here as most of my Mexican food I've had has been in Texas so I'm sure it's a different style but I would never order it again. My husbands meal was average along with our appetizer and the free chips. My favorite thing about the meal was the juice shot at the end but in general there's a lot of room for improvement. The staff was very fast and courteous and our food came out quickly as well. Additionally I think it was all greatly overpriced for the amount and quality of food.
