I learned that when I set the appointments with the company, the plumber doing the work was only learning of the appointments at the last minute. That resulted in me expecting a plumber that never showed up. Because the job did eventually get done, I used them again for the installation of a bidet at the condo owned by my daughters. Again there was a lot of scheduling and rescheduling. Appointments I had made, were only being relayed to the plumber at the last minute resulting in the appointments having to be rescheduled. Just after it was finally installed, the toilet stopped working. Again, appointments were made, not kept, rescheduled and we learned the plumber again had not been told of the appointment at all and again we had to reschedule. This had been going on for weeks. Finally, as of today, I told them I was done. Hopefully the new company I am using is better run than this place.
