I popped in Monday afternoon, explained the issue with my jacket zipper. Joel gave me a few options: wait here, I can fix it in 5 minutes, unless more people walk in; or leave it and I'll send you a text when it's ready. I waited. We chatted. Wife & doggies showed up. We chatted. Zipper was fixed. And I was on my way. I will definitely be brining the pilot's upright bag in that's had a broken zipper for at least a year!

He was up front and honest and let us know that due to the construction and age of the table that while he could make it look good, he couldn't make it look brilliant.
