He explained their list of services and the price of each package that they offer in detail. He asked me if I had any special requirements or areas in the house that was important to me so they can make sure that it gets addressed. Another thing Jeff explained is that the two people that come to your house to cill will be the same people that will be back next time. Amber and Jasmine came to clean the house and they did an amazing job. They took their time and made sure they did not miss a spot. While they were here, Kim stopped by because she did not get a chance to meet me in person because I scheduled on short notice. She was absolutely delightful and made sure everything was OK and it definitely was. First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. I am truly amazed by how thorough they were and I look forward to the next clean in 2 weeks! Woohoooooo!
