Never in my life have I heard the following from a tax agent before: - "That's too much work" - "It's too hard" - "Can you work it out and give it to me" She told me to do all the work regarding the CGT to 'save me money' - I am not an accountant, just FYI - and then charged myself and my partner $440 EACH to enter the work that I did into the system. I understand it is a busy time of year, and I attempted to be a courteous as possible to her time restrictions; regardless, she was rude, short answered and condescending in attitude towards both myself and my partner. I will never use this company again, I will never recommend this company. Be very wary and please steer clear.
