Came to the store this evening and tried to exchange some items and needed a new tax refund form.
The lady at the cashier doesn't seem to know how to make refund and make a new tax form for me so she asked another lady to come to help. Another lady told us if I returned the item then they won't let me do tax refund. I spent Euro $ 157 in total at a Munich store and returned Euro $19.98 at this location, they took my tax form and tear down it. I was very shocked. They could not speak English well and I didn't get it how this won't work at DM branches in Germany. They just didn't explain at all.
This store doesn't have good service and the staff were rude.
Don't come here to shop. There are several stories in the city that have better staff and service to customers. read more
