Couple that with his extensive knowledge and that results in minimum downtown for your mobility device. While in his shop, he made on the spot repairs and repaired our charging device for free. He found a set of keys when ours were missing and provided the keys at no cost. I'm not recommending Tom or Scooters Plus because of the free services, but because Tom is a decent human being with a work ethic and attention to detail rare in today's world. They ordered the wrong bumper twice, they lost my fog light assembly and fog light and blamed me for it being gone. I had a piece of the bumper fly off on the highway not even 2 months later and I called and they said "that's not our fault". So if you expect a quality job at a place that stands behind their work this is NOT the place to go! If you expect professionalism this again is not the place to go! We also asked them to find the fog light assembly for the car and they said "we can't find those parts".
